Hi friends! This is a rebroadcast while I'm in the hills of Martinsville, VA. This talks about how to think about how you know your life is meaningful by your terms and how to get laser focused on what is important to yo.
This is part two of a three-part series of how to create a "Meaningful Life Map." This is a rebroadcast as I'm vacationing with my parents in the hills of Martinsville, VA. Wish me luck!!
I'm in beautiful Martinsville, VA visiting family and thought this was a perfect time to nudge you to create your meaningful life map if you haven't already.
What were you thinking about? Were you looking at it from a place of abundance or a place of scarcity? Today I guide you through how to change that mindset and all the benefits you will get from it.
As part of your self-awareness journey, today I'm challenging you to create a meaningful life list. There so much magic in sitting down, being creative, and thinking about what direction your life is headed. It's not about the destination, it's the journey, and I'll give you specific examples of why having this vision keeps you from staying in the same place and complaining about the same things. We don't do that here at Meaningful Life Quest. Enjoy!
I want you to think about the things you think you want. Why do you want them? What do you think they will do for your life? Today we're discussing how your thoughts and perspective about everything in your life make it meaningful. Enjoy!
You may not realize it, but you have a manual about how other people should act, and sometimes you let their behavior affect your emotional health. Let me walk you through how to quit doing this so that you are only responsible for your happiness and how to regain all that power to live a meaningful life.
I'm challenging you to spend fifteen minutes today writing down ten truths you sincerely believe about your life and experience on this earth that can help others. I'm sharing my list, and together we can help one another to live a full and meaningful life.
If you have big hopes, dreams, and goals, then there will be times you have to be assertive to keep moving forward. People with conflicting goals will try to blame you for being mean, selfish, or rude. I want you to be clear that your movement toward your goals has NOTHING to do with them and how they perceive your actions. When people blame you, they give you all the power for their emotional issues which is ridiculous. I want you to always focus on how you can keep moving towards a meaningful life, even when it conflicts with someone else's goals. Keep moving. You've got this.
For some of us, building relationships with others is a challenge. Today, I'm guiding you on a few simple techniques that you can put into practice right now. Enjoy!
