Taylor asked me to call this episode Baby Mama, Baby Daddy.
Of course I resisted and told him it had to be something about fatherhood and finding your purpose. Buttttt, I’ll admit it. He was right.
Baby Mama, Baby Daddy is way more fun. And that’s exactly what this conversation was.
We laughed, a lot. Taylor said a few things I was not expecting. Like his obsession with crystals, the crates of amethyst at his house, and a recent conversation with his real life baby mama that will keep you on your toes.
We riff about all the important life topics:
Plus, a whole lot more.
I should also mention, Taylor has done some pretty cool things. He’s an entrepreneur, activist, speaker. His first social enterprise, Change Heroes, mobilized people in 80 countries to fund and build 400 schools, water projects, and libraries for 200,000 people around the world. His resume is pretty special.
But even above all that, being a dad is what he’s connected to most.
Highly recommend finding this man on social media. He has a great blend of comedy, inspiration, and real life value.
I’m really excited to share this podcast with Taylor Conroy.

For anyone who has gone through or experienced the loss of a loved one, this episode is for you.
Megan Maguire is an intuitive life coach, reiki therapist, energy healer and mother. She has become someone I personally feel deeply connected to and we’ve never actually met in person yet.
She has an innate gift of making you feel seen, calm, and free to show up exactly as you are. She has lived through some deep pain through the loss of her brother and becoming a single mom, but you would never know the depths of these struggles as she has chosen to lead with service and turned that pain into purpose.
There is so much vulnerability and honesty in this conversation. It truly felt like connecting with a soul sister. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Love you all.

Oh my, this is my favorite episode to date. And it’s no surprise this week’s guest is my dear friend Elena Dominguez.
Elena is an author, somatic healer, yoga and meditation teacher, neuromuscular massage and reiki therapist, and most importantly, mother.
In our conversation, Elena guides us to drop into our body, check in with our nervous system and remember what it’s like to feel the ground beneath our feet.
Whatever stage of growth and evolution you are in, this is a conversation with something for everyone.
I love you all!

Okkkk, ladies AND gentlemen. This one’s for everyone.
This is the conversation I truly believe so many women are craving.
A craving to understand ourselves and our connection to our body in a deeper and more intimate way, a craving to feel more connected to our own wants and desires, to feel safe and allowed to speak up, to use our voice, to openly express what we like, what we don’t like and to stop feeling shame for being the sexual beings that we are.
Simone Farschi in on the podcast this week. And wow, Simone is a special woman. She is a sex educator, healer, intimacy coach, sexological body worker, trained doula, somatic practitioner, peristeam hydrotherapist, public speaker and mother. Her mission is to elevate relationships, demystify pleasure, and empower people in their sexuality.
If you’ve ever felt shame around sex and sexuality, confusion or unaware of your own body, unable to voice your desires around pleasure or carried any sort of blocks that keep you from living a truly fulfilled life…. this is FOR YOU.
And send this one to your partners. Men, this is just as important for you to hear too.
Really hope you enjoy this one❤️

Today’s guest is extremely special to me.
Lauren Finley Jacob joins me on Mama Fire.
Lauren is my friend and sister. Technically, she’s my big brother’s partner and the mother of my first ever nephew.
She is also an educator and teacher, healer, herbalist, botanist, has spent over a decade exploring the world of energetic medicine. She's formally trained in ethnobotany and holds a master's degree in philosophy and religion, with a focus on women's spirituality.
She is the person I go to when something feels off with my health. She is the person I lean on when I need guidance with my cycle. She is also the person I know who will listen without judgement and always gives the best advice anytime I’m in a hard place.
We talk about free birth, her experience as a brand new mom, all things health, choosing a more holistic and spiritual approach to raising children and a whole lot more.
Hope you enjoy this one as much as I did!

It is me and you this week fam.
It’s no surprise that my episode with my x Jared has been the most listened to episode so far. And because of that, I felt the need to dive a little deeper into one part of our conversation.
I think this is a piece we can all relate to in our own way. Tune in as I get vulnerable on the words I needed most.
Love you all.

Helloooooo family.
Katie Galvin joins me today. And this is a conversation I know you’ll enjoy. Katie is a women’s functional health practitioner specializing in postpartum.
But we don’t just talk about that. We cover some of those unpopular and even controversial topics. Because let’s be real here, so many of us are waking up to the brainwashing and conditioning that exists so strongly in the mainstream world today.
And if you’re starting to get curious yourself, this is one you don’t want to miss.
From unschooling to vaccine injury to how disconnected we’ve become with how natural pregnancy and giving birth really is.
Katie is a wealth of knowledge and shares so openly about her experiences with her own health challenges and what it’s like as a mother of 2 choosing a different path.
