Ep 15 - Justin James is an LA Based Comedian and Chef at a downtown restaurant. Dave met him at the Southland Comedy Festival this weekend while Justin was selling food in a "pop up" at one of the comedy shows. They met up today to eat burgers and talk shop.

Dave sits on his friend's back porch in Orlando with Gordon Human. Gordon is a long time acquaintance through the sport of Water Polo that has become a good friend through the joined passion for barbecue. They talk meat with full bellies thanks to some of Gordon's ribs and pulled pork.
