We tie up THE most important trait of any device rep (it's not talent)....character.  Everything else can be taught but character is who we truly are, and good character is the foundation of rock upon which a quality house can be built.  Humility flows from good character and opens the door for you to "benefit from your association with fill-in-the-blank."
