The fifth guided meditation in the balancing meditation series!
Today's class is about finding a place of peace and stillness at your core.
Similar to standing postures in yoga, it's by finding our core or centre that we are able to freely and safely balance. By finding a calm and stable centre we are able to move and bend around any obstacles in our way while still maintaining balanced. I hope this class can serve as a way to find a deeper central focus which allows more balance in all activities in your daily life!
