In this segment, I speak to one of the major pillars of my work: Meditation.
To build a solid foundation for spirit work, expanding consciousness, deepening prayer life, and psychic development - proper meditation is imperative. The mind is an organ, but you can work it like a muscle.
This episode speaks to one of my foundational teachings of psychic development and greater spiritual connections. Short, simple, and sweet, but incredibly necessary, here I delve into the importance of a solid meditation practice.
Similar to The Karate Kid and his chore of "wash on, wash off," I will be drawing on the skills you learn here to help guide you in future lessons. You will want this foundational pillar strong and the only way to build it is with consistency.
I invite you to show up for yourself in this way. I encourage you to create, or go deeper into, your own daily strength-training-of-your-mind practice. You may even want to keep a journal on your journey.
Namo! (Namo means "I bow to you.")
For those of you interested in Empaths, I invite you to come and listen to a talk I gave on Empaths, here is a link to my video on YouTube
