Make a resolution that you will keep! Sanskrit word Sankalpa can be roughly translated as a heartfelt desire, a solemn vow, a positive intention or goal, or a resolve to do something. Sankalpa channels energy to manifest a goal by enlisting singled-pointed will, determination, and action. In this podcast, I am explaining what is Sankalpa and giving some tips about how to make Sankalpa.
You are invited to think about your Sankalpa or intention. Sankalpa needs to be simple, very positive and it needs to be in the present tense.
During Sankalpa yoga sessions, your positive heartfelt intention is set in such a way that it is anchored into our systems. When Sankalpa is set in this way we subconsciously move towards the 'goal'. Offred via Zoom. follow the link for booking https://sunitayoga.com/product/sankalpa/
