1. “在过去的一年里，你最想重温哪一天、哪一个时刻？”
2. “在新的一年里，你想把更多的关注和爱，给谁？”

这些问题不是为了寻找标准答案，
 而是为了让我们看见：
 在我们的生活中，
 什么是真正重要的？
 谁，才是我们最想靠近的人？

🌿 As the rhythm of the week gently winds down, I invite you to pause with me and reflect on the tender, real, and almost magical moments of life.

In this episode, I share three "synchronistic moments" that touched me deeply over the past week — reminders of how the universe responds to sincerity, how life holds us gently, and how love and connection show up in the most unexpected ways:

✨ A car garage quietly repaired my broken light and refused any payment — simply because they wanted to "offer a little kindness."
 ✨ During a late-night walk with my dog, a couple suddenly pulled over and handed me a beautiful pot of flowers — just because they wanted to gift beauty to strangers.
 ✨ At my daughter's birthday dinner, three generations gathered around the table. We each answered two card questions, sharing our most cherished memories and who we want to give more love to in the year ahead — the atmosphere was filled with warmth, tears, and connection.

I invite you, too, to take a quiet moment today and reflect on these two questions:

1. “In the past year, what day or moment would you most like to relive?”
2. “In the coming year, who do you want to give more of your love and attention to?”

These aren’t questions meant to find perfect answers —
 They are invitations to gently ask ourselves:
 What truly matters in our lives?
 And who are the people we most long to be close to?

In this heartfelt episode, I share my reflections from Week 3.

上周末，我在荷兰Texel岛，参加了来自南非的著名的系统排列导师 Tanja Meyburgh 的 “重拾祖先” 大师班。Tanja 将心理学、系统排列与非洲祖先智慧融合，创造出深具力量的工作方法。她的书《Reclaiming Ancestors》（中文意译：重拾祖先）让我重新思考我们与祖先、与文化、与生命之间的深层连接。

这次学习也唤起了我三月回中国的一段重要旅程。我回到妈妈童年生活的小山村，重访祖先的土地。我带着对系统排列和系统知识的领悟，带着对祖先的敬意，走进那片我童年度过无数夏天的山村。

在山顶，在祖坟前，我看到84岁的妈妈流着泪说出那句：“妈妈，我太想你了。”那一刻，我紧紧握着她的手，感受到三代女人之间流动的爱。我深深明白：爱，不会消失，它会穿越时间，延续在我们血脉和记忆之中。

Last weekend, I attended the Reclaiming Ancestors masterclass on the island of Texel in the Netherlands, led by renowned South African Family Constellations facilitator Tanja Meyburgh. Tanja brings together psychology, systemic constellations, and ancestral wisdom from African traditions to create deeply powerful ways of working. Her book Reclaiming Ancestors helped me re-examine the profound connection between ourselves, our ancestors, our culture, and our lives.

In this episode, I share:

• How Tanja guided us to connect with ancestral wisdom and strength through movement and embodiment
• The profound insights in her book about ancestors and cultural belonging
• My personal journey back to my mother’s village—listening to the stories of elders, visiting family graves, and reconnecting with the land

In this episode, I open my heart to share one of the most profound healing stories of my life.

I talk about my first love—the one who made me cry behind the curtain of my college dorm bed. His sudden disappearance deeply impacted my ability to trust in intimate relationships and even shaped many of my life choices. Many years later, during an advanced Family Constellation training, I finally had the chance—through tears—to say a long-overdue “Thank you.”
