Punch and Jingles Ferments creates small batch, hand-crafted fermented veggies and drinks. In 2016, Brenna came to Cape Breton from Halifax through working with friends at Salty Roses and Periwinkle Cafe. A few years later, she moved to Sydney and started P&J full time. She sources ingredients locally through the Food Hub, and direct from farmers.
