This is my conversation with my fabulous friend Luisa. She is wise, kind and funny. It was meeting Luisa at a mind level rather than an age level that led me to create this podcast and it is only right she is first up.  We had such a good time recording this. We talk about intuition, journaling, how taking time to sit with ourselves and our thoughts and feelings is really important and about Moogi.

I am starting this series with a solo episode recalling my 20s and how I strived to fit in - my career was going ok but I found my personal life a struggle. I had no idea who I was and how I fitted in. This meant I moved around a lot looking for a place to fit in. To be honest that stayed with me for a long time, well into my 30s. Bit by bit I have pieced things together and now have a better sense of who I am and where I fit in. As I'm 51 you could call me a bit of a later starter but better late than never!
