    There are significant stereotypes that surround eating disorders, such as that they only affect woman, however, according to NationalEatingDisorders.com, eating disorders affect approximately 10 million boys and men in the U.S. each year. On today's episode Zach and Brandon are joined by Jason Wood, who has battled Orthorexia, a lesser known eating disorder. Jason shares his personal journey and discusses the challenges that surround male eating disorders.

  • Put Your Own Oxygen On First: Dealing with Caregiver Burnout

    Is someone close to you suffering from a mental health challenge? Do you find yourself often taking care of them? Do you feel like caring for them may be taking a toll on you, physically or mentally? If so, you're likely not alone and you may be experiencing something called "caregiver burnout". Zach and Brandon are joined by Bridget Richard, MA, LISW-S, owner of Lamplight Counseling in Medina, Ohio and Bridget Richard Coaching, a national coaching service, to discuss how to recognize and respond to caregiver burnout and help you learn how to "put your own oxygen on first".
