Michael Monks --A re-sentencing hearing for Erik and Lyle Menendez has now been POSTPONED indefinitely, with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Jesic scheduling a May 9 motions hearing, when attorneys will discuss the admissibility of a state parole board risk-assessment report. Defense attorney Mark Geragos is also expected to file a motion seeking to recuse the District Attorney's Office from the Menendez case, and that motion would also be discussed at the May 9 hearing. // Valley Traffic Awards – TIm presents awards for LAPD today. How did his jokes go over // Luigi Mangione is being indicted for the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.  Mangione has been accused of shooting and killing Thompson back in December. A federal jury in New York returned a four-count indictment against him.
