Today I sat down with Sam Hardy who is a past client who has now gone 7 months sober of the back of creating a 10 year plan and deciding he wanted to take 30days off alcohol to reset and refocus.
That 30 days has continued as he continues to notice a positive ripple effect in his life. Its cool to learn more about WHY he decide to take a break, WHAT he has learnt & HOW his life has improved.
PLUS he has saved over $7000 in a 7 months.
This is a must listen if alcohol has a negative impact on your life.

I think conversations like what we are having right now need to happen. We need to understand perspectives and experiences that have brought people to those opinions.
Thanks to lads who were involved in this conversation.
Pete, Daniel, Stafford, Sean, Brad, Tom, George
Perspectives shared:
Masculinity, behaviours that manifest from that
- How we engage with females
- Showcase wholesome people and the need for people to engage
Traditional masculine traits that are celebrated that caused harm or bully others
Judging other men by the order created in their mind?
Element of condition from younger years. - are we being raised to be unhappy which causes are to look externally
Rather than just an opinion it needs to be a discussion

This is something I said for years and I allowed myself to truely believe it. As a result of that I had been enabling others to believe that same excuse that held me from being present in everyday life.
After a lot of hard work I have learnt to slow my mind and I do believe everyone can do the same.
Like everything. It requires HARD WORK & CONSISTENCY
