After a 6-month wine tour, and whilst taking his WSET wine exams, George took a Christmas job in a whisky shop. He didn't look back and his spirits have been up ever since. In early 2018 he became General Manager of Soho Whisky Club and is a judge for The World Whiskies Awards. In the year 2000 I collapsed with chronic stress and subsequently experienced anxiety and, it’s more evil cousin, panic attacks. Having a very unsympathetic boss and poor support from the medical profession at that time, I went on my own search for the answers to resolving my health issues and this is what started my obsession to learn as much as I could about human psychology and the workings of the mind.

Antony was born in Pondicherry, a scenic former French colonial settlement on the South East coast of India. Antony has fond memories of his mother cooking fresh fish dishes for the family, and the scent of oven-fresh baguettes wafting from the French bakeries surrounding his home. These memories inspired Antony and formed his early passion for food. With a desire to learn how to create the dishes he loved himself, Antony spent more and more time with his parents in the kitchen. It was Antony’s father who introduced him to baking.

Baldwin is a gay rights activist. He was diagnosed with HIV in 2010, at the age of 24. Philip is healthy, happy and successful. Christianity is an important part of his life. He attends St John’s in Waterloo and is a Church of England altar servant. For many years Philip defined himself as an atheist or an agnostic. He began to reappraise the role Christianity could have in his life at the end of 2013. There are four main strands to Philip’s activism: HIV awareness; Hep C; youth homelessness; and faith for LGBT people.
