In today’s episode, I bring in Miriam Elyse, founder of Pleasure As Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and a certified Tantra yoga practitioner.
In this episode, Miriam shares her wisdom on the truth of sexual energy, the stigmas around the concept of pleasure, and how accepting the sexual part of us is also activating our vitality.
Sexuality is not just about sex…it’s about unapologetically moving in a way we feel alive, this means creativity, this means self-expression, this means living your truth and not apologizing for it…that same pure energy of aliveness we experienced as children…
Miriam dives into the why and the result of doing the work to heal trauma…it’s the freedom to fully embrace what makes us alive…and that means fully embracing our sexual energy.
