In this video, I had just done an interview with another mental health youtuber and I wanted to tell people what the anxiety is like  behind the scenes, because we don't always get to see the anxiety filled pacing around that comes with making these videos. I also talk about labels and some of my own experiences with them.

In this podcast I talk about what helps me with mental health, while also bringing some other aspects including philosophy. It's a bit hard to only talk about mental health, so I do rant a bit, but I hope you'll stay with it!
