Christina here-
I wanted to come on today to let you know that I'll be taking a step back from the podcast for a while to focus more on my business and my work in the community. I have SO much enjoyed this experience thus far, and I want to be able to give you the quality that you deserve. Hillary and I are unsure if she will continue forward with the podcast on her own, or if we both will take a break and then reassess in a few months. We have one pre-recorded episode coming out on 9/20/22. TBD on future episodes from there.
Thank you for your understanding, and I hope that you will continue to connect with me on social media. Stay well!

We are talking about the importance of women getting properly diagnosed with ADHD, as it can help to know how to best manage it in order to succeed in life and be your best self. Traditionally, girls and women weren’t given a ADHD diagnosis, even when they showed many symptoms, and it was known as something that was given to “hyper boys who can’t focus in school”. Thankfully times have changed and this topic is continuing to be talked about more and more.
We cover:
-Symptoms of ADHD and how they show up differently for girls and women
-Tips around how to be your best having ADHD by having a plan and supports
-Stigmas and stereotypes regarding ADHD, especially in women
-How to go about getting diagnosed and getting help
-Hillary shares her own personal story of being diagnosed with ADHD later in life and how it has changed everything for her (and how it helped everything make sense to her moving forward!)
