    When we're unable to cope with grief symptoms for over a long period of time they may lead to grief disorder. And just like acute stress the symptoms of grief do go away with time however if you experience certain symptoms on more days than not in a span of 12months for adults and 6 months in children, then you're experiencing complicated grief which is also know as Persistent complex bereavement disorder although bereavement only applies to death of a loved one, we want to generalize PCBD to any kind of loss that happens in one's life.

    I have given 5 reasons on how we should manage our feelings of anxiety during this period though it's not limited to those. 1. Talking to someone, 2. Doing something you enjoy, 3. Exercising ,4. Finding out what causes the anxiety and 5. If possible ignore the information. Anxiety is normal however if it affects out daily life then you need to talk to a GP, therapist, psychiatrist and mental health practitioner for help.
