Episode 20! I thought it'd be a cool idea for episode 20 to do a solo cast and share some ideas, questions, and stuff that's been on my mind. Thank you guys for listening today. I'm gonna go over some mental models, my health philosophy and where I'm at now after spending the summer studying under Dan Garner, I'm gonna get into the story of why I started the podcast and some of the events that led up to that.
