Peter AKA Wilko joins me on Episode 6. Peter runs his own courier business and is one of the busiest men I've spoken to! The amount he crams into his days, that often start around 3am, blew me away! We talk about how he manages the stress that comes along with this, his history with his own mental health struggles but also his partner, who is going through some serious mental health struggles. A big part of our conversation is, how he manages to support her to make sure she knows she is loved and making sure that she gets through this.
