I love creating Vision Boards! They provide a daily visualization of dreams and goals, Visualization is one of the most popular and effective mind workouts that you can do. Grab a poster board from the dollar store, grab pictures from a magazine or use Canva and Google Images!
Vision boards helps the brain grasps opportunities that may otherwise been unnoticed, that's because the brain has a process called "value-tagging" which imprints important things onto your subconscious and filters out unnecessary information.
I love creating Goals, goals are a great way to be motivated, you can create SMART goals. Goals also can trigger new behaviors, help guide your focus and help you sustain the momentum for your life. Goals can also help align your focus and promote a sense of self-mastery.
I create Goals by writing them down on a piece of paper! I also great a goal map, I just break down my bigger goals into 3-5 milestones.
Success is not achieving the main goal, it's the little steps you took to achieve that goal!
I also write down my goal, why its my goal and why it's important to me, action steps, obstacles, and reward.
Goals stimulate the brain, motivating the person to accomplish the impossible! A study found the higher the goal, the more likely you would be to achieve it. The brain also has something called neuroplasticity, goal-setting literally changes the structure of your brain so that it's optimized to achieve that goal. In other words, if you strongly desire a goal, your brain will perceive obstacles as less significant than they might otherwise appear
