Wat gebeurt er met leiderschap wanneer de druk oploopt? Samen met Amanda Bos (MA), adviseur leiderschap bij het Expertise Centrum Leiderschap Defensie, bespreken we wat er nodig is om als leidinggevende effectief te blijven handelen in uitdagende en onvoorspelbare situaties. We gaan in gesprek over hoe leiderschap onder druk ontstaat, welke mentale vaardigheden daarbij een rol spelen en hoe Defensie leidinggevenden voorbereidt op momenten waarop elke beslissing telt. Want juist wanneer de spanning toeneemt, wordt zichtbaar wat leiders nodig hebben om zichzelf te reguleren, overzicht te bewaren en hun mensen te blijven zien en versterken. Voor iedereen die wil begrijpen wat nodig is om onder druk het verschil te maken.
