Richard Bargas and Bob Rodgers, Ex. Dir. of Northwest Independent Church Extension (NICE) talk about the need for younger pastors to be mentored and discipled by older, wise men, and how he has done this personally. With over 40 years in church planting ministry, Bob sees the connection between the mentoring pastors and the future health of the church. Bob also shares about how his wife Katherine has taken an interest in the wives of these pastors and has been able to speak into their hearts about home, ministry, and being a helper for the glory of Christ.
