So my addiction is in full swing...and I'm just reflecting on some of the good some of the bad and some of the ugly....... my new truth was .....I am at a point in life where now I'M CAUSING the PAIN and SUFFERING....and it WASNT MINIMAL by FAR😔😔😔

Fear .....EVEN IF the harm doesnt actually exist....it doesnt matter....the only thing that matters is the fact that YOU THINK it's real. Here is where my perceived fears took my life into a whole new level of existence😔

So my dear friend Lybiyah is talking about how her grandmother was her END-ALL and BE-ALL and how when the day she was no longer there....how not having anyone to support her hope help her face her fears and believe her dreams became a struggle to be strong for her children......this led me into many memories that I had forgot for at least 30 years.....and now they are all coming back because for me my grandmother was my living hell that predetermined the course of whole life.....a life filled with lots of pain and lots of suffering😔😔😔

In Pt 1 my kotee talks about the pain she suffered from from making a life choice that went against the grain of her parents..........her decision came with grave repercussions for many years following. .....this is the rest of her story. I gained even more insight on how The Black Woman can fear using her voice....but how do we view her story in a way that allows the healing to manifest........in other words how do we stop the suffering😔😔😔😔

The Struggle Is Real😭😭😭😭😭So when you see the episodes titled TSIR these are all episodes of me in the middle of some kinda struggle...and basically I'm struggling to find my way out....today I'm just doing a vent early in the am bout what it is for me moments upon waking up....it use to be a time I woke up and my first words were Todah ABBA for the breath of life.....now...its more like....Here we go.......Damn🙄🙄🙄.....and I'm sick of this shit😞😞😞😞

Soooooooo how long does it take to get over something bad....something horrible.....is there a certain amount of time you should allow yourself to grieve and then pull it all together in efforts that you dont loose yourself????? So theres an old saying you may or may not have heard of......Pain Is Minimal ....Yet Suffering Is Optional.....IS IT????? What is your definition of pain....how do you define suffering......IS THERE A CUT OFF POINT......Ladies.....let's talk about this from the eyes of 3 Black Women and see if there is any validity to this statement.....I mean it sounds reasonably correct in theory....BUT CAN YOU OPT OUT OF SUFFERING.......hmmmm.....

Soooo in the first conversation we are talking about how we got to the point where we were in front of a judge saying we no longer deserved our kids....ever....ever.....ever. And I been thinking hard on that ......and what actually lead to that moment started so dog gone long go before that....miscarriages. .....being stood up.....tonight ima focus on what feeling weak and actually being weak is like and I forgot some pains that i have....do we ever fully heal????

Do we really understand all of the dynamics that may or may not be involved in this ongoing situation that happens to so many mothers trying to raise their teens. Tonight I have invited 2 good friends of mine to talk about some of the issues and dynamics we should taking a deeper look at. This episode is centered mainly around raising teen girls. This is not all about the child being wrong....sometimes we cant get answers cause we dont fully understand the problem.
