Join me, Alison Elizabeth as we finish off our Advent 2020 prayers. Today we are reading out of Isaiah 9:6-7 which says "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

"A son was given to us, and our lives were forever changed. He was resurrected and death has no grip over us. I hope that you truly understand the reason for the season. I hope our prayers over the last 20 days has brought you closer to Jesus.

 

Next year will bring new blessings and new challenges but one thing is for sure, a life with Jesus is the best kind of life. One full of love and hope. One full of mercy and grace.

 

We get to celebrate that today."
