What If? is one of the most powerful phrases in the English language. One can look back and say “what if?” and be filled with regret and discouragement. Or one could look forward and say “what if?” and see endless possibilities and opportunities. In the context of the Church, endless possibilities and opportunities are presented to the Church by the Holy Spirit and carried out by a truth-living, unified Church.

Or one could look forward and say "what if?" and see endless possibilities and opportunities. "What if?" we truly sold out to the mandate Jesus left us before He ascended into heaven?

In the first half of Romans 14, Paul teaches us the importance of accepting each other; now he takes us a step further to teach us how to actively build up each other in the Body of Christ.

One of the true marks of maturity is being able to agree to disagree on issues that do not require turning one’s back on conviction or God’s truth. This passage deals with what believers are to do when they disagree on non-moral issues--things that are not clearly discerned.

In this passage, Paul gives practical instructions about how we, as believers, are to live the rest of the years God has ordained for us.

Paul, in this text, says that the way we relate to our government is an indication of our commitment to Christ.

As followers of Christ, we are to live above the world’s standards. Our actions, reactions, and attitudes should resemble a supernatural life.
