Globally-acclaimed energy intuitive, channeler, author, and musician, Lee Harris, joins me again today to talk about his guides, the Z’s, and what they have to say about things like raising consciousness, enlightenment, death and exit points, and developing your own channeling relationship.

• [1:19] The rise in popularity of channeling/ Lee’s rise in popularity. Lee attributes his growth to an energy reading he did right after the world went into lockdown in 2020. He thinks people were looking for answers or some sort of comfort, and his energy update resonated with a lot of people.

 

• [3:23] Who are the Z’s & why are more people opening up? Lee began channeling this intergalactic group of beings before age 6 and then they left him until 23. More people are opening up because everyone’s consciousness and awareness are rising. More people are also just admitting to it since it’s become more popular and acceptable. Many of us are here to help change the oppressive systems in place on the planet.

 

• [6:50] What does “raising consciousness” mean? The Z’s describe it as becoming compassionate, kind, and inclusive more of the time than you used to be. Things seem darker now because there is light being shown on the darkness that was already there. Earth’s energies and crystal grids are becoming more activated. Right now we are grappling with the old structures that don’t want to die and the new energies coming in, we’re learning how to integrate technology into our lives, and people still need to participate in the change happening.

 

• [14:10] Enlightenment & areas of mastery. Enlightenment is not a place to be reached where nothing hard happens. The Z’s talk about it in terms of mastery. They say mastery in at least 8 different areas of life is required to reach enlightenment. 

 

• [18:13] How Lee integrates his channeling. His books come through by someone else speaking with the Z’s through him. The same thing used to happen in his private sessions. He can hear what’s being said but doesn’t remember much of it and can’t process what’s being said. He doesn’t go back and listen to his channelings because he finds it jarring, but he has his own relationship with them.

 

• [23:26] Developing your own channeling relationship. Lee thinks everyone’s relationship with their guides is different. Anyone can develop a relationship, and Lee never thought it would happen to him. The easiest way to start is to write “What does my soul want to tell me today?” and spend a few minutes writing the answer.

 

• [25:32] What is Freedom Consciousness? Connection to the universe and recognizing that everything happening is bigger than what’s going on right in front of us, and that we are bigger than we think. It requires practice to master.

 

• [31:44] What are exit points? Points in time where our soul could’ve left our physical body. The Z’s say that our souls work with the souls of the people in our life to decide our time to go. If we were aware of exit points we would be more grateful for and appreciative of life.

 

• [36:24] Music for healing. During adolescence, we become very emotional and connected to music in a way that we aren’t when we’re older. It is a raw expression of emotion and creating music can help us connect with higher powers.

 

• [39:41] The Z’s effects on Lee. They’ve completely changed his worldview, increased his intuition, and opened up his heart and mind. When he channels, his body heats up and he gets dehydrated more easily.
