  • 64: #64 Taking A Big Leap Of Faith In Your Business
Sometimes the biggest growth in your business starts with a leap of faith — whether it’s outsourcing a task or investing thousands in the support you really need.

In this episode, I’m talking about something that every business owner will face at some point — the moment where you have to stop playing it safe and take a leap of faith. And not just the big, flashy ones either — the small but mighty decisions that stretch your comfort zone and lead to real growth.

Over the past week, I’ve taken two huge leaps myself: one emotional (finally outsourcing more to my brilliant VA) and one financial (investing thousands in a support programme that’s going to hold me accountable and push me forward). Neither felt easy — but both are already making a difference.

And that’s the thing. You don’t grow by standing still. Whether it’s finally asking for help, committing to a bold new direction (like I did with my mastermind days), or investing in your own support — these moments define your next chapter. You just have to trust that the net will appear once you leap.

✨ If the space you’re in feels right, the leap is always worth it.

  • 63: #63 How to Build a Personal Brand That Attracts the Right Clients
Niching down feels terrifying — like you’re cutting off opportunities. But what if I told you it’s actually the simplest, most freeing way to grow your business with ease?

Niching has a bit of a bad rep, doesn’t it? It can feel like saying no to perfectly good clients or opportunities. But in this episode, I’m showing you how niching can actually be the most liberating thing you ever do in your business — and how it can make you famous for what you do best.

We’re not talking dry demographics here (no more “Sue, 52, with a Labrador”). I’m diving into how you — your values, your quirks, your delivery style — are the niche. And when you own that, everything gets easier: your marketing, your messaging, your services, your sanity.

I’m also sharing how I’ve niched down to focus exclusively on my mastermind days (and why I love that decision so much), and how you can find your equivalent — the one thing that lights you up and gets you known. If you’re tired of offering All The Things and are ready to simplify while still growing, this one’s for you.

✨ Niching isn’t cutting people out — it’s calling the right people in.

  • 62: #62 The Simple Power of Focusing on One Thing in Business
✨ Want to grow your business with more ease? It starts with doing less (really!)

In today’s episode, I’m sharing one of the most powerful lessons I’ve ever learned in business: the power of one. One niche. One message. One product. It’s the simplest strategy you’ll ever use — and the most effective. Inspired by a delightfully quirky story about a horse in a house (yes, really), I’ll show you how getting laser-focused helps your audience connect, builds your reputation faster, and makes it 10x easier for people to buy from you.

This isn’t about stripping things back for the sake of it — it’s about choosing the right thing to focus on, and going all in. Because when you’re clear on what you offer, who it’s for, and how to talk about it, everything gets easier… and growth becomes inevitable.

✨ Focus on less. Talk to one person. Do one thing brilliantly. That’s where ease — and growth — lives.

  • 61: #61 How to Overcome Business Overwhelm (Even When You Have Too Much to Do)
Let’s be honest — running a business is a lot. If your diary is jam-packed, your brain is buzzing with 846 ideas, and you’re constantly battling that “I should be doing more” feeling… you’re not alone. Overwhelm is part of business life — but it doesn’t have to run the show.

In this episode, I’m talking about what really causes overwhelm, how it shows up in your workday (hello, can’t-start-anything-because-you-have-a-1:30-call syndrome), and the simple, practical strategies I use to manage it. You’ll learn how to get clarity on your priorities, stop the chaos spiral, and even build in more nothing time — which is where the real magic happens.

✨ The antidote to overwhelm isn’t doing more. It’s choosing the right things to focus on — and letting go of the rest.

  • 60: #60 How to Make Business Decisions With Confidence
Being a business owner means making thousands of decisions every day — from the small (do I check my emails now?) to the absolutely massive (should I end a major revenue stream?). And let’s be honest, it can be overwhelming.

In this episode, I’m sharing the behind-the-scenes of the biggest business decisions I’ve made over the last 12 years — from closing down my group programme, to walking away from my full-time team, to changing the way I work with 1:1 clients. I’ll talk you through how to actually make those tough choices, the mindset that helps me stay grounded, and my reverse-engineering method for turning a bold decision into an actionable plan.

If you’re feeling stuck, bored, or like something needs to change in your business but you’re too afraid to make the leap — this episode is for you.

✨ Big decisions don’t have to feel scary when you know why you’re making them — and how you’ll make them work.

  • 59: #59 How to Set Business Goals and Actually Achieve Them
✨ Realistic goal setting for solo business owners (that you’ll actually stick to)

It’s the start of a new year, and you’ve probably seen a flood of “set your biggest, boldest goals!” advice flying around. But here’s the thing — if you don’t actually know how to achieve them, those goals are just pretty words on a vision board.

In this episode, I’m sharing how to set realistic, motivating goals in your business — and most importantly, how to break them down so you actually achieve them. We talk money goals, lifestyle goals, team growth, and how to reverse engineer your targets without burning yourself out by February.

You’ll hear about the changes I’m making in my own business in 2024 (including no more 1:1 clients and running monthly mastermind days from my home), and why simplifying your offers is the fastest way to scale. Whether your goal is to earn more, work less, or just feel clearer about what you’re doing, this episode is packed with practical advice to help you start the year strong.

✨ When you set your goals with clarity and intention, the path to achieving them gets a whole lot easier.

  • 58: #58 2023 Business Review: What Worked, What Didn’t, and Lessons Learned
✨ A candid business review (and why it’s never too late to start fresh)

In this reflective episode, I’m looking back at what worked—and what definitely didn’t—during 2023 in my business. From investing in the wrong support to finding the right community, this is a very honest look at burnout, business pivots, and getting back to feeling like me again.

You’ll hear the behind-the-scenes lessons from launching my book, hiring the right kind of help (shout out to my brilliant VA, Lisa!), and how receiving an autism diagnosis changed the way I do business—for the better.

I also share the importance of doing a year-end review that celebrates how far you’ve come, not just what didn’t go to plan. You’ll learn how I’ve simplified my offers, how I'm using my podcast as a powerful lead generator, and why my word of the year for 2024 is bold.

Because when you focus on what’s truly aligned, you give yourself permission to do less, serve better, and feel like the best version of yourself again.

✨ Burnout isn’t the end—sometimes it’s the reset you didn’t know you needed.

Over my 12 years in business, I’ve seen the highs and the lows. • 56: #56 How to Handle People Who Want Free Business Advice
Let’s talk about brain pickers — those well-meaning (but often frustrating) people who slide into your DMs with, “Can I just ask a quick question?” This week, I’m sharing exactly how to respond without giving everything away for free — while still being generous, strategic, and in control.

In this episode, I walk you through a kind but firm approach to handling free support requests. You’ll learn:

    • Why people ask to pick your brain in the first place (and what it says about you)
    • How to protect your time and energy without sounding like a grump
    • Easy ways to turn those messages into content or paying clients
    • How to offer low-cost, high-value sessions (like my Quick Clarity Boost) to bridge the gap
    • And why it’s okay — and essential — to stay in control of your generosity

    • You’ll also hear why people who won’t invest (even a small amount) often aren’t your people… and how to redirect those conversations so they still feel good.

✨ Your time is valuable. Your knowledge is valuable. And you’re allowed to say: “Yes, and here’s how.”
