Huh?! What in the world is a "Reciprocal Conundrum"?
The Reciprocal Conundrum is what Bob calls the challenge teams face when they lean too heavily in one direction and never reciprocate the other side of the coin to balance things out. For instance, if your agile implementation leans very heavily into empowering the team, you likely need to look at what actions could be taken to balance everything out.
