US Deputy Treasury Secretary Michael Faulkender says President Donald Trump is looking for China to pull back on its tariff retaliation and come to the table and work out a new trade deal. Faulkender also talks about the need to pass Trump's proposed tax cuts and how the Department of Government Efficiency is identifying ways to cut discretionary spending.
