• She has had to be very flexible in creating the company to appeal to what the consumer wants.

• She has a strong passion for building her brand which has fueled her through the ups and downs.

• She tries to work on the business vs. in the business as much as possible and constantly is asking herself if what she's doing can be delegated of if it is important for her to do.

In addition to the food business she's also a financial planner money manager and single mom. With limited time and energy to get everything she focuses on working in areas where she's strong and prioritizing the most important things to get done each day. Finding the right partner took several months but has been an amazing asset to the growth of my company.

Mike Ingram is a graduate of Lansing Community College and Central Michigan University. Mike was an All-American player at LCC, played two years at Central Michigan University, and played high school basketball with Tony Dungy.

He has been part of the Men's Basketball coaching staff since 1988, and continues to head an impressive 610-255 record at the conclusion of the 2018-19 season. Ingram served as the assistant coach in 1988 when the Men's team won the NJCAA National Championship, and has coached his team to 4th place, 5th place, 6th place, and 8th place National NJCAA tournament finishes, and led his teams to 19 MCCAA Championships.

"LCC is a quality experience for student athletes. It was for me and I try to make sure it is a great experience for our students athletes". Mike shares his coaching tips...that can make a big difference in business!
