I know the name is cheesy and it could be much better but I wanted to get some very basic understanding of the sci-method, we're talking middle school level, to hopefully provide a bit of an insight as to why "classic scientist" have issues with UFO and paranormal researchers.

Season 3 Opener with special guest Cheryl Costs:
Cheryl was born male and changed genders in her mid-thirties, in the late 1980s, and was a noted high visibility Trans Activist of the 1980s thru 2011. She was one of the six people who coined the term Transgender.
In male persona, she served in the United States Air Force from 1970- 72, with combat service in Vietnam as a telephone lineman. In male persona, she also served in the United States Navy in the Cold War Submarine Service from 1974-79 and from 1979-82 in the active Naval Reserve. In the Navy, she was a Sr. Electronic Warfare Specialist.
During her professional career, she became a vocationally published and produced one act playwright, with over twenty titles to her name. Some of her plays have been produced internationally.
She enjoyed a 32-year Aerospace industry career at Lockheed Martin. After she retired, she completed a bachelor’s degree with the State University of New York at Empire State College in Entertainment Writing and Production.
She’s a three times published contributing mystery writer in the popular mystery anthology Adirondack Mysteries and Other Mountain Tales Vol 1, 2 & 3 compiled and edited by Dennis Webster.
In her post-retirement, she pursued a vocational career, as a Columnist with the SyracuseNewTimes.com writing the blog-column, “New York Skies,” which was about UFOs (2013-2019). Both Cheryl and her wife Linda are considered respected UFO researchers with several groundbreaking books. Google NYT COSTA UFO

She spent seven years in Tibetan Orthodox Buddhist Monastic life and is an Ordained Tibetan Ngakma yogi.

On this episode and season 2 finale we interview the one and only Kathleen Marden, the niece of Betty and Barney Hill!

Kathleen's bio: Kathleen Marden is an award-winning researcher, author, on camera expert, hypnosis practitioner, and international conference presenter. She is widely considered one of the leading UFO contact researchers of our time. Since 1990, she has researched and experienced the perplexing nature of contact with the non-human entities. She has worked on three comprehensive studies on nearly 5,000 experiencers and has six professionally published books.
In 2003, MUFON publicly recognized Kathy for her outstanding contribution of advancing the scientific study of the UFO phenomenon and demonstrating positive leadership. For 10 years, she served as MUFON’s Director of Field Investigator Training and was MUFON’s Director of Experiencer Research from 2011-2021. MUFON honored Kathy with its 2012 “Researcher of the Year” award and two International Symposium Proceedings have been dedicated to her. She is a benefactor and lifelong member of MUFON. Additionally, she the recipient of the 2021 International UFO Congress "Lifetime Achievement Award."
In 2020, she experienced a lifechanging event that radically altered her worldview and changed the course of her life’s work from UFO and contact investigation to understanding consciousness and our multidimensional universe. Prior to this she had straddled the uneasy path between scientific materialism and consciousness studies. This profound event and its aftermath led to her spiritual awakening and transformation.
Her interest in UFOs and contact began in 1961, when her aunt and uncle, Betty and Barney Hill had a close encounter and subsequent abduction in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. She spent fifteen years in painstaking investigation of the Hill abduction case and, as our technology progresses, she continues to seek scientific analysis of the compelling evidence.
Her bestseller with nuclear physicist Stanton T. Friedman (1934-2019) is “Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience.” She and Stanton authored two additional books “Science Was Wrong” and “Fact, Fiction, and Flying Saucers.” Her book with Denise Stoner “The Alien Abduction Files” includes her investigation of six intergenerational cases of ET contact. Her fifth book “Extra Terrestrial Contact: What to Do When You’ve Been Abducted” is a comprehensive guide to abduction phenomena.
