In this episode I wrap up the timeline details of February 3, 2024

Another day full of tech foolery that began overnight in the early morning hours when most people are sleeping.

I received several notifications from a DIFFERENT TV streaming application that new devices, in neighboring cities, were logging into my account

The emails segued into more tech foolery when my narcissistic abusive Ex Husband fanned the flames with his tale of 2 people trashing VPN’s and their effectiveness within ear shot of our bedroom.

Which is something that only my EX witnessed - something that I did not witness - but that my EX made sure to tell me about

The episode recounts my realization of my narcissistic ex-husband's manipulative and abusive nature.

Particularly starting from February 3, 2024.

It details significant tech-related disturbances that led to heightened paranoia and anxiety, casting doubt on my mental state, ultimately culminating in a tumultuous divorce process, exacerbated by financial woes and emotional turmoil.

In this episode I wrap up the timeline details of
February 2, 2024
Which was a day full of tech foolery that began with a tv streaming app malfunction. As the day went on there was the purchase of a VPN. In the evening I received a weird reaction from my EX when I mentioned a conversation about WiFi networks that I had with an old co-worker/frenemy.
February 2nd culminates with a very odd conversation my EX initiated about his suspicions about witnessing tell tale signs of the old neighbor. During that conversation my EX also expressed his fear and paranoia in association with some of the devices in our home including CO2/Smoke Detectors and my EX unplugging all of the electronics in our home.

I continue with the timeline details of
February 3, 2024
A day that didn’t have its shortage of Tom and Tech Foolery.
It began with a weird moment when something hit our bedroom window - one of those drone hummingbirds no doubt?
My EX declares his pure animosity for the use of a VPN and also shares that he heard two individuals speaking negatively about VPN’s behind our apartment.
I had some solo tech foolery moments while my EX was at work - and I kept them all to myself with the exception of one - but it would be the most detrimental tech foolery event of the day to share and it would the singular moment that would be parroted back to me when my EX would hospitalize me - involuntarily - for 72 hours - a mere 10 days later.

In this episode I give a brief historical recap of all of the technological incidents that my Abusive, Narcissistic Ex Husband created and used to claim that I suffered from severe mental illness and commit me into the involuntary psychiatric hold - the 5150 of February 2024

I continue to provide the timeline details of February 2, 2024 - 11 days before the involuntary psychiatric hold - the 5150 of February 2024

The details of the day and night of February 2, 2024 include that FBI SURVEILLANCE VAN wifi network that my frenemy mentioned to me during a walk

The conversation I shared with my Abusive, Narcissistic Ex Husband that sent him into a weird visual RAGE

My Ex’s mask slip was short lived and he decided that he needed to show me the C02/Smoke Detector in our guest bedroom because it was exhibiting “weird behavior”…….and my EX would use the C02/Smoke Detector’s to illustrate the psychosis that he created for me

My Ex would blame my psychosis on the C02/Smoke Detector’s when he shared an elaborate story with my friend about when he and I made a visit to the MAGA city Police Department on February 5, 2024 -

The visit my EX husband and I made to the Police Department the day before my EX husband had my EX BFF call the same MAGA city Police Department to claim that I was in crisis and needed to be taken away to a mental health facility

I talk a little bit about the red standby lights on several of the devices in our home that my EX used to further his technological based psychosis narrative

I round out the episode with one last diatribe about perceived mental illness and those that believe they can judge others when they have ZERO education or experience with individuals that are actually diagnosed with and exhibit signs of serious mental illness

February 2024 is the month of the infamous 5150 hold -

The infamous 5150 hold that my Abusive, Narcissistic Ex Husband initiated and COMMITTED me into - ALL BY HIMSELF

The 5150 hold that my Abusive, Narcissistic Ex Husband initiated and COMMITTED me into and BLAMED THE ENTIRE DEMISE OF OUR MARRIAGE ON (at least at this time last year he was)

I OFFICIALLY move forward into the painful, demented, confusing, and abusive downward spiral of my life, my marriage, some of my friendships and my relationship with Mom

The catalyst to all of the aforementioned being my Abusive, Narcissistic, Ex Husband

Season 1 Episode 17: The Mysterious Motive

In this episode I take another break from the timeline details to explore MOTIVE and EFFORT

Motive is the elusive WHY - the question I keep getting asked, ad nauseam, by the royal EVERYONE

Why did my ExHusband go through so much effort to make me appear to be mentally deranged and dangerous???

Why did my ExHusband claim that the only way to salvage our marriage was MY RESPONSIBILITY and the only way I could have saved my marriage was to check myself into a mental hospital and STAY THERE???

Why would my ExHusband poison my food and drink for no less than 5 years??

Why did my ExHusband LIE to the family court system about the reason for the divorce?? 

Why did my ExHusband tell the  family court system that I was perfectly capable of working  a minimum wage job to avoid  paying me any type of spousal support when he was begging my family friends to help make me realize that I NEEDED HELP and encouragement to check myself into a mental hospital??

Why did my ExHusband tell my therapist that he was still my husband and request her help to “turn me around” a month after he filed for divorce before my EXHusband rejected my request for spousal support??

Why did my ExHusband make a gigantic mess out of - what should have been - a very simple divorce process???

WHY IS EVERYONE ASKING ME WHAT MY EX HUSBAND'S MOTIVATIONS ARE & WERE???? WHY ISN’T ANYONE ASKING HIM??? 

I hate the question WHY because the answer to it - the WHY - nothing makes sense from my point of view

My ExHusband is the ONLY PERSON WHO CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION and my Ex Husband’s point of view is elusive, always changing, dishonest and quite possibly - DRUG FUELD

One year ago the Why’s I was asking myself are much different than the why’s I’m asking myself today and the answer to any and all Why’s is more baffling than ever

Among the list of possible motivations are:

Financial Gain - my Ex husband’s inheritance from his grandmother?

Financial Gain - my Ex husband’s payout from the 3M earplug settlement for military veterans?

Financial Gain - Did my Ex husband take out a Life Insurance Policy in my name? Which is actually basic bitch of all spousal murder plots

Financial Gain - Was my Ex husband hiding the majority of his CASH HEAVY earnings during the entire 9 year marriage?

Personal Motivation - Did my Ex husband hate marry me?? Like a hate f#@$ but worse??

Personal Motivation - My Ex husband’s midlife crisis that’s playing out on his public social media complete with Manson Family cult of 20 something’s, RAVE culture, Meth Addiction, and his 40-year old allegiance to Nazi White Power and the Juggalo’s? 

Personal Motivation - The only value my Ex husband found in me was the financial support I provided to him for 8 years of our marriage?

Personal Motivation - The loveless and sexless marriage that my Ex husband blamed entirely on me?

Personal Motivation - My Ex Husband got a twenty-something pregnant?

Personal Motivation - My Ex Husband engaged in an extramarital affair with my EX BFF?

Personal Motivation - My Ex Husband’s RAMPANT Cheating for over 12 years?

Personal Motivation - My Ex Husband’s affair with his friends’ new wife?

FRAUD - My Ex Husband’s tax fraud and evasion that he’s trying to blame on me when I have ZERO INVOLVEMENT IN HIS BUSINESS???

FRAUD - Identity theft or the sale of an identity - Like MINE - my EX Husband sold my identity on the dark web???

FRAUD - My Ex Husband was involved in a Medical Records Fraud scheme for insurance reasons and used my ExBFF (the therapist) to help him manipulate the MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM

These aforementioned are some of the things I explore in the episode………and I’m still nowhere closer to answering WHY

The truth is my Ex Husband has put forth an astonishing amount of effort to manipulate others, lie and commit crimes, attempt to murder me, slander my name, leave me homeless, ruin all of my familial connections, ruin all my friendships, bankrupt me, leave me homeless, and MAKE HIMSELF THE VICTIM.

And my Ex Husband has achieved the MAJORITY OF THE THINGS HE SET OUT TO DO - my Ex Husband’s only failure was extinguishing the life from my body

One other thing I explore in this episode is my spouse’s drug use and addiction, not just during our 9 year marriage but the new addictions that are obviously present after the date of our separation 

I also explain why, looking back, exploring and analyzing the nuances of my Ex Husband’s behavior over the years, is still very important to me - it can’t answer the WHY but it sure can help me understand HOW I willingly entered into a relationship with a possible Narcissist and Sociopath and HOW I can avoid doing it again EVER. PERIOD.

New Year, New…………..Husband????

In this episode I jump back into the timeline details for the remainder of January 2024

Before I do that I briefly discuss the images on last week’s episode webpage - Season 1 Episode 16 - The Foundation of Fuckery - 

Many of the images I posted on last week’s episode’s webpage are there to help me tie together some details of the story that don’t immediately seem obvious or relevant

However, with the huge amount of hindsight I have - the images Could be VERY RELEVANT, especially when compared with historical details and facts that I have presented so far in the story

I firmly believe the images and incidents that I have presented in the story so far - adequately sets up some important details before I get into the timeline details of February 2024

The February 2024 timeline is when my EX begins to exist in a state of ongoing hysterics about his mentally ill wife and her need for immediate psychiatric care by way of admission into a mental hospital 

In the timeline details I speak about the Turkish neighbor that my Ex made friends with and the new restaurant the neighbor was about to open

The restaurant the neighbor was about open isn’t a new business but an extension of an existing restaurant that has existed in my hometown for over 30 years

I give some more historical details about my EX and his unstable and tumultuous relationship with his Mom

The historical details tie into my Ex’s lack of any type of friend network that includes males

My Ex’s friend base has always been female based and he’s pivoted right out of our marriage to his own Manson Family Style Harem of young twenty-something girls, how fun

Other historical details about my Ex and his behavior illustrate his propensity for stretching the truth and how it may have something to do with the timing of his mother’s illness

I also describe how my Ex made the decision to seek therapy back in 2022 which came about because of a text message he sent to me on "accident"

Also included in the timeline details are specifics about my last therapy session I had before the 5150 incident

The only therapy session I would have for almost 4 months - a gap that was not planned

My therapy session at the end of January 2024 happened to be a very positive and productive session

Unfortunately - for me - it would be the last positive thing I would experience in therapy, my life and in my marriage for a very long time

The last day of January’s timeline details include information about another therapy session - my Ex’s session - with his therapist which wasn’t positive at all - at least from my Ex’s perspective

My Ex’s therapist suggested he may need more help to assist him with his ongoing mental health struggles.

Only 6 days after my Ex’s session with his therapist - my EX ended up would flipping the script

Only 6 days after my Ex’s session with his therapist - my EX would portray me as the one with all of the mental health instabilities

Only 6 days after my Ex’s session with his therapist - my EX would tell "everyone" including local Law Enforcement that I desperately needed help for all of the diagnoses that he shared with the ER staff on February 13, 2024

The incident that occurred only 6 days after from my Ex’s session with his therapist……could - POTENTIALLY - be a supporting factor to my previous claims that my Ex may also exhibits signs of FACTITIOUS ORDER IMPOSED ON ANOTHER - but I’ll explore that in a later episode

I take a break from the timeline details of January 2024 to incorporate many of the details and characters I have presented in the story so far.
I take a break from the timeline details of January 2024 to build the very malevolent foundation of my Ex’s chaotic plan.

I explore some of my Ex’s possible motives.
I explore the timing of my ex’s actions.
I explore my Ex’s connections at work - mainly - my Ex’s co-workers.
I explore how each one of my Ex’s co-workers has a different, convenient, association with several different aspects of my Ex’s longterm, sinister plan and plot he carried out over the years.

I explore one VERY important correlation between my Ex, his co-worker, the Local Police Department.
I explore the ominous timing of my last journal entry, during the final week of January 2024 - and how that journal entry may have been a key indicator to the infamous 5150 episode that occurred in February 2024.
I explore how this one VERY important co-worker of my Ex’s has a connection to the Local Police Department.
I explore how this one VERY important co-worker of my Ex’s MAY include a VERY important, potential connection to my Dad.

I explore a VERY important correlation between my Ex, and another co-worker of his has to a substance. A substance my Ex may have been given access to that produces a VERY similar set of symptoms that I exhibited during the first weeks of February 2024, 5150 adjacent.

I explore the connections between one of my Ex’s co-worker’s to one of my old co-worker’s and a very small piece of wrong information that I deliberately shared with my Ex.
I describe how that very small piece of wrong information became the most obvious harbinger of the nefarious tactics my ex had been engaging in for YEARS.
I foreshadow a little bit and tell about the day when my Ex questioned me about that very small piece of wrong information and how that moment SENT A SHOCKWAVE OF ALARM THROUGH MY BODY and how I knew that my fate had been sealed a long before that moment. A moment that revealed that Ex not only had a sinister plan, but he was not done.

I explore how the connection between one of my Ex’s co-worker’s to one of my old co-worker’s relates to the technological device that was connected in our new apartment - but not by the property management. The same technological device I introduced in last week’s episode. The technological device that could hold the key to the many rogue ethernet connections that continue to appear on my WiFi modem today.

I deliver a SPOILER about an event on February 6th that I haven’t spoken about yet - an event that my Ex and my Ex BFF coordinated with a very disturbing text message that was sent to my therapist with a litany of falsities and perilous timing - a day before the infamous 5150 episode.

Season 1 Episode 15

In this episode I examine the evidence of tampering - much like the broken glass coffee mugs I mentioned in last week's episode

The tampering that could be evidence of potential longterm poisoning. This evidence existed in the old apartment inside the tea kettle I used daily to heat the water for my morning coffee  

I threw that tea kettle/piece of evidence out into the garbage in November 2023 when my EX and I moved into the new apartment

The instant coffee I drank daily - also showed NEW signs of tampering in January 2024 - when I had a friend over and prepared some coffee for both of us

I swerve back into the technology lane with a story about my EX and his interest in the “Godfather of AI” and the statements he made to the press back in May of 2023 

In this episode, I recall a conversation about Artificial Intelligence my EX initiated with me in “old apartment”

That conversation with my Ex, may be another sign that my Ex had been tampering with things - and not just things I was ingesting

It seems as though my EX was also tampering with all of the technology in our apartment - the same technology my EX claimed I was “fearful” of and that caused my SUPPOSED “ongoing psychotic episodes”

The same technological issues that, according to my EX, are the main reason he filed for the dissolution of the marriage in April 2024  

I also recall the very weird things that happened in the old apartment while I was streaming music. Which is something I did daily

I go through the timeline details for the week of January 22-26, 2024 

Thanks to a podcast episode my friend sent me to listen to a few months ago -  I explore 2 new substances whose symptoms of toxicity ARE THE EXACT SAME ONES that I had been experiencing over the years.

Which are also the exact same ESCALATING SYMPTOMS symptoms I experienced in the week leading up to my Emergency Room visit on February 13, 2024

I give the names of the 2 chemical substances and describe the symptoms of toxicity for each I point to one substance in particular - as it RELATES to the tea kettle from the “old apartment” that I threw out in November 2023...........lucky for my EX

I make an odd discovery about a “weird guy” that my EX had been bringing attention to. The "weird guy" that visited our pool area daily, with a  computer and how he just happened to be the same person as the main barber in our apartment complex barber shop that we could see operating from our apartment windows

I conclude this episode from the Technology Lane and discuss the Mesh Configuration Indoor Access Point that, somehow, had been installed into our apartment

This device was not installed by the very large corporate conglomerate Property Management that owns and runs the apartment complex

My discussion with my Ex about this odd device turning itself on out of nowhere produced a visible reaction from my EX - and it wasn’t a warm and fuzzy one - much like all of his reactions to anything I spoke to him about in January 2024

Season 1 Episode 13
I begin this weeks episode with a brief rundown of all of the signs my EX displayed that are indicative of his propensity for Narcissistic Personality Disorder and the wide variety of societal systems that he used as weapons against me.

I briefly discuss the signs that make it obvious that my EX is lying about the artwork he’s been claiming that I threw away -

Signs that are blatantly obvious and can be seen in MANY photos on his girlfriend’s social media page……it’s like they’re trying to make it obvious  

I go over the timeline details of Mid-January 2024 which include the day I began to receive the emails from the local police department retiree’s/my Dad’s former colleagues.

The timeline details also include a therapy session, a visit from another former friend who chose my Ex’s team in the divorce, a zoom call and my first in person meeting with one of the retiree’s from the local police department retiree’s list.

My in person meeting with that retiree left an ominous impression on me because many of the things he mentioned to me during our meeting ended up happening a few weeks after our meeting.

I present more historical evidence of my Ex’s propensity for Narcissistic Personality Disorder, in the form of the entitlement my EX often displayed at his rotating work locations during our 12 year relationship. 

I discuss more of the journal entries I made in January of 2024 and how they reflect the dichotomy of my situation to the outside world.

To the outside world presented as positive and hopeful, but inside, I could feel that MANY things were TERRIBLY wrong.

Inside, I could feel that my life was in danger and something HORRIBLE was about to happen to me. My Narcissistic Abusive Ex Husband was trying to kill me and he would take his final shot in a few week in an emergency room on February 13, 2024. 

I introduce more historical evidence of the potential for Long Term Poisoning that showed up in the glass coffee mugs that I’d been using for years that oddly - began to - suddenly break - out of nowhere, once they were filled with the hot liquid.

I also examine all of the “OFF” behavior and weird reactions that my Ex exhibited over the years that developed into normal behavior in the months leading up to the involuntary psychiatric hold he initiated in February 2024.

Season 1 Episode 13

In this episode I go over the timeline details of the 2nd week of January 2024 

I speak to the fact that I was waking up to the idea that something was terribly WRONG in my marriage and with my Ex - my gut instinct was screaming out to me but my rational brain was desperately trying to talk me out of it but I was feeling a power shift in my relationship and it wasn’t a positive one.

I talk about how the signs of my EX’s financial abuse were clearly there, but were completely lost on me at the time and it wasn’t until I had to look back over the credit card statements for the divorce, I can clearly see that my EX began the financial abuse over a year before the 5150 event of February 2024. I also point to a Public Court Record that not only proves the financial abuse, but also supports the consistency my EX has with LYING and perjuring himself in the documents he keeps filing with the court

I give several historical examples of specific instances that were RED FLAGS about my Ex’s potential Narcissist Personality Disorder and why I maintain that opinion to this day.
My EX displayed several patterns throughout the years that are indicative of NPD & they are an eerie reminder that I missed so many RED FLAGS over the years that my Narcissistic Abusive Ex Husband arrogantly waved in my face -
Over the years my Narcissistic Abusive Ex Husband displayed one of the patterns in the early stages of our ‘friends with benefits’ type of relationship, long before we became an official couple and he covertly operated under a mask for 9 years before he revealed it again
I describe how rejection is a part of the Narcissistic abuse cycle and how my EX covertly and overtly utilized this tactic as well as gift giving can which is a form of control that can also be used by an individual displaying Narcissistic Personality Disorder
