In this episode I talk about my Ex’s extreme patterns of manipulation and gaslighting
I point out the different photos my EX sent out as “proof of the damage” in the apartment that he claims to have found when he went back “the other day”
The photos that show ZERO damage are the photos that have not been edited and were taken on April 6, 2024
The photos that show actual damage - including our ripped up marriage certificate my EX can be seen holding up with both of his hands in the photo - were edited on April 12, 2024 - right before he sent the images to my friend -
In my EX’s other text messages to my friend
my EX claimed that I was “up there” wreaking havoc around all the SMALL TOWNS in the MIDWEST
My EX sent the text messages and images to the friend with whom I had been staying with, for almost a week, by that time.
A FACT that clearly made my EX LOOK VERY BAD and further confirmed My EX WAS LYING IN REAL TIME

I talk about returning to the “old apartment” with my EX in early November 2023.
I talk about the text message I sent to my EXBFF - where I poured my heart out and apologized to her profusely - and she COMPLETELY IGNORED IT - like all great therapists do…….right??

I talk a bit about being shaped by my Mom’s response, or lack there of, when I was sick and injured as a child in the 80’s
And I go on a small diatribe about GenX - the Forgotten Generation - and why we take offense to being called Boomers

I wonder what happened to my 3 rescue dogs that My EX STOLE and forbade me to see - despite me being their main caretaker for 9 years -
I share a little about how I volunteered with a rescue organization and how, now, I’m much too traumatized by my EX’s theft of my dogs to even begin to think about volunteering or rescuing again, anytime soon

Once my Ex and I return to our apartment to pack up - my EX immediately begins to tell stories of the conversations he’s having with the neighbors, who all seem to say the same thing……kind of like they’re reciting a script or something
We get to the 9th and final wedding anniversary I will ever celebrate with my abusive EX Husband and tell about his extreme gaslighting behavior - in ALL OF HIS TEXT MESSAGES to me after he abandoned me in March, 2024

Midlife Misery, the JOURNALS - Supporters Club Preview Episode 

These episodes are going to be a bit different than the regular season episodes 

They aren’t going to follow the timeline of the Crazy Train Bananas - cyber death - long term poisoning plot - Attempt on my life and complete life destruction when MY EX’S murder plot failed - THE ONE I’M currently PIECING TOGETHER IN THE SEASON 1 EPISODES

The supporters club episodes are going to focus on my actual Journals - many of the entries you can find in the blog posts on the website and the ones to come. 

Once January 2024 hits my Journal entries get much more intense because my Ex's diabolical plan goes full steam ahead and we get to the 5150 moment

The Journal Entries from 2024 are very raw, emotional, and extremely vulnerable because of the tremendous amount of trauma, turmoil, and chaos my Ex unleashed - and continues to unleash on my life

There is a lot more vulnerability within the entries and they aren't necessarily suitable for everyone and they don't always help the story move forward - if anywhere - it’s a lot of venting and trauma processing

I’ve decided to put those behind the paywall because I don't want them to muck up the waters of the actual story

In the Supporters Club Episodes - I'll be diving more into my personal backstory, my family's story and my dad't story

I want to keep that portion of my story as separate from my Ex's story as much as possible 

DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT IS INDEED MY STORY AND MY STORY TO TELL

It was written and delivered to me by a Narcissistic Abuser/My EX Husband and I'm telling that story to help others out there identify the signs of abuse and to let other victims of abuse know they are not alone  

My story and my family's story is worthy of more discernment - in my opinion and I'd like to keep the 2 stories as separate as possible

Not that I won't be making connections to ANCHOR FACE OF DEATH - because they just have to be made 

But my Ex won't be the lead character in the Supporters Club Episodes - HIS EGO DOESN’T NEED ANY MORE INFLATION 

Another slight difference in the Supporters Club Episodes from the regular season  episodes will be in the scripting and delivery 

I spend a lot of time writing the regular season episodes out, editing them over and over, because they have to be linear and stick to a timeline and sequence of events and be as concise as possible because 

A - I have to have it make sense - 

B - I have to make sure the information I’m putting out there in the story is information that I can back up with receipts 

Because unlike my EX - I’m not trying to get hit with slander or libel - I want to make sure that I can say XY&Z happened - and say here is where you can look for the information to corroborate what I’m saying to back it up 

In these Journal style supporters Club Episodes - they’ll be more free flow, free thought, and I might not be as poised - I might break down from time to time because the content and subject matter is much closer to my heart and much more emotional for me 

Which is also why I’ll try to keep the EX out of them as much as possible - this episodes will be less scripted and more off the cuff - so I might veer off, or go back and forth they wont necessarily be timeline specific and there may be some spoilers in these journal episodes  

I might discuss something that hasn’t happened yet in the timeline of the season - much like this preview episode - I’m jumping ahead to January 2024 - and I’ve barely touched on November 2023  in the regular Season 1 Episodes

This is going to be a bit of a teaser or spoiler, if you will - and you may get more of them within the Supporters Club Episodes

FYI - all of the preview episodes will be free and never go behind the paywall - EVER - Because I will be focusing on my DAD specifically and what I was trying to accomplish for these preview episodes

I’ll weave in a little more of my backstory as well because I am fully aware that I may seem a little angry in the regular season episodes - and for good reason - however, I haven’t always been this ANGRY - admittedly I’m not the most vulnerable person in the world so I understand how important it is to share more of my backstory to enhance my relatability a bit

Once the episodes go behind the paywall they will jump around a bit more and focus more on the mental health aspect, the things I was working on in therapy and the familial relationships and experiences that make up my childhood trauma - they may be time specific to the real time of the episode release - much like this one that is going to start with January 2024 - because we’ve just closed out January 2025 

So this is an idea of what you’ll get for the $5/month - at least one bonus episode a week I’m toying with the idea of early access to regular season episodes

Season 1 Episode 6

In this Episode, I speak to the text messages and accompanying photos my EX sent to my friend on April 12, 2024 - the day he filed for divorce.

In his text messages my EX claims he went back to the apartment and observed “damage in the apartment” and claims that I caused the damage, however, the majority of the images he sent to my friend were edited on the same day he sent them.

Ironically, the photos that are not of damage to the apartment are timestamped on April 6, 2024, the day my EX went to the apartment to gather items for the dogs.

All of the photos of the actual “damage” that my EX is claiming I caused have all been re-sized and they were re-sized on April 12, 2024 around NOON - on the day he filed for divorce 

I tell about the time my EX sent a photo of my replacement Driver’s License (for one I lost in the apartment) to me and my friend “on accident” because our names start with the same letters.

I explain my suspicion that my EX meant to send my driver’s license to someone else with a very close relationship to the McPnutz family, to my EX, and one of my EX’s co-workers and I lay that out in red string on a wall. 




I go over the timeline details for the first 4 days of November 2023 and describe the very last time I ever saw My EX BFF’s kids, who called me “Auntie” for years, and wonder how my EX and the EX BFF explain my sudden disappearance from their lives since I haven’t seen them since.

During the first 4 days of November 2023, my EX and I returned to the “old apartment” to stay and continue packing up our things because we both felt we had worn out our welcome in my EX BFF’s home over the 2 weeks we spent there - but we both had very different reasons.

Once we returned to the “old apartment”  my EX tells me about the “updates” the friendly neighbor’s shared with him about the complaints the property manager received about the nefarious neighbors hacking into the loud neighbors WIFI and how the Property Manager didn’t know what to do about it.

I list out the meaning of MMMBLMD and then focus on the M - for Menopause - or Perimenopause  - which I blamed all of my “weird” ongoing symptoms. 

I speak about the Formaldehyde Toxicity Symptoms and the CDC information I posted on last week’s episode webpage and go into detail about how all of them affected me and for how long.

I also describe how all of the "weird" ongoing physical symptoms I had been experiencing for years - suddenly disappeared, once MY EX disappeared and filed for divorce 

I share information about the burning hair smell I experienced in the week’s of January 2024 and how it peaked on February 13, 2024 the day my EX committed me on an involuntary Psychiatric Hold.

The day the burning hair smell peaked on the day my spouse lied to the Emergency Room staff about my medical history.

I share what I’ve learned about what the medical implications of smelling burnt hair and that I have never spoken about the burning hair smell until now because I was terrified my spouse would use it against me in the Emergency Room and with his twisted narrative about my mental health

Season 1 Episode 5

I Love the Smell of Formaldehyde in CRYPTOber

In this episode I give examples of my spouse’s ongoing “misinformation campaign” he conducted post spousal abandonment and on the day he filed for divorce.

During that time my spouse continued to PRETEND to be concerned about me, my mental health, my reality, and my safety - while he maliciously spread BLATANT LIES to my close friends about the days leading up to our “separation” - and conveniently leaving out the PERTINENT details about his meeting with his divorce attorney and his FILING of PETITION FOR DIVORCE WITH THE COURT.

I take a break from the CyberCrimes/Technological aspects of the story and start telling more about the weird illness and ongoing physical symptoms I had been experiencing for years and how they seemed to be associated with the POSSIBILITY of something more nefarious and sinister.

I share information I discussed with my therapist during the sessions we had during the WIFIGATE Scandal/CRYPTOber Massacre and how my unhealed childhood trauma contributed to the implosion of my life and marriage

I wrap up the CRYPTOber timeline when my spouse and I abruptly moved out of our apartment, after 7 years, and stayed with my “BFF” for a week and half. I give details of the weird and sudden illness that came over me while we were staying at my “BFF’s” and the weird lack of concern or acknowledgment EVERYONE in the home had towards me as I spent 4 days incapacitated and violently ill.

There’s a weird “neighbor” moment when my spouse and I return to the apartment - together for the first time in over a week and my spouse’s unusual reaction when pointed it out to him

I go into more detail about the “smells” my spouse was reporting to me - the possibility of what one of them could be, its potential association with my sudden inexplainable illness, and how a “NURSE” may have assisted my spouse with obtaining the substance and source of the smell. I share a text message the “NURSE” sent to me in July, 2024 where I sent her a response and asked her about the substance and how her response to me was slightly suspicious.

Season 1 Episode 4

In this episode I give a brief description of how I was able to view the MANY rogue devices that connected to our Wifi and interchanged connections between Wifi and Ethernet.

I describe the difference between a Therapist/Psychologist and a Psychiatrist and tell a little about which one has the authority to diagnose and prescribe medication. I also describe how schedule 2 substances are handled when they are prescribed and the guidelines that must be followed when they are prescribed.
I talk about how my spouse/AFD left breadcrumbs for me while he traveled along the road on his path and nefarious plan.
I point out the time in April 2021 - when my spouse/AFD LIED to the property manager - and he told her that "I cancelled" a meeting that I asked to have - between AFD, me and the neighbor - and how that action helped SGT to escalate in his harassment towards me.
I tell about the time in May 2022 - a year after the cancelled meeting - when I finally found out from the Property Manager - that the meeting never happened - BECAUSE MY SPOUSE LIED TO HER.
I go into more detail about the week of October 16, 2023 - and tell how my spouse/AFD poured gasoline onto the Molotov cocktail and played his "perfect little victim" act while he did it.
I talk more about October 19, 2023 - when we arrived at the Tobias Funke of Therapist's doorstep - IN THE MORNING (that will become a VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL DOWN THE LINE) and how TFT pretended to be supportive and understanding of my concerns and experience.
I begin to tell about the SUDDEN INEXPLAINABLE ILLNESS that I came down with - the illnesses potential association with "2 random smells" that had been prevalent for years - and how TFT/her Spouse/ and Anchor Face of Death would all change the narrative for me and BLAME IT ALL ON MY MENTAL HEALTH.

Season 1 Episode 3

In this episode I discuss January 9th, 1984 and how this WAS the most impactful day of my life up until my Narcissist, Abusive, Spouse decided to change that. My spouse decided to make all of 2024 & his incessant abuse by way of 5150/spousal abandonment/ and filing for divorce the NEW most impactful time of my life because he can’t stand PLAYING second fiddle to ANYONE especially MY DAD. My spouse quadrupled down on the tremendous about of TRAUMA I was already trying to process and has provided me with a new, never ending supply because that’s what narcissists do. 

I provide a real life example of my spouses egregious breech of the Psychotherapist-Patient Privilege Law - almost 2 months after he filed for divorce and his obvious attempt to manipulate my acting Therapist of 7 years

I discuss the first few weeks of October and how they would turn my life into an upside down nightmare that I’m forever stuck in. I provide examples of the myriad of ways my spouse planted ideas into my head that he would later use to further manipulate my narrative and gaslight me beyond belief.

I discuss bluetooth trackers, wifi hacking and the very real threat of Cybersecurity - or lack thereof - that we all face today and how my spouse breadcrumbed his ideas expertly into my psyche.

I tell about the downstairs neighbors and their BFF Alexa and how she would be their STRONGEST ALIBI when they were called out by A DIFFERENT Neighbor for hacking into their wifi.

I speak to how my spouse NEVER confronted the downstairs neighbor - who had been harassing and stalking me FOR YEARS - I give a real life example of the time MY SPOUSE, instead, CHOSE TO sit, watch, and listen - to the neighbor outwardly, Loudly, and Publicly HARASS me - in real time - and tell how my SPOUSE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT, Defend me, or protect me and instead CHOSE TO LET IT HAPPEN AND GO ON TO PRETEND IT NEVER HAPPENED.

Season 1 Episode 2

In this episode I introduce the McPnutz family - who - along with - the Tobias Funke of Therapists, SGT & PPT the nefarious neighbors - round out my Anchor Face of Death/ExHusband's Stalker Death Posse that continues to harass, stalk, and make my life a living hell to this day.

I provide a short history of my relationship with the McPnutz family and how I failed to see how intertwined in our life they had become. My Anchor Face of Death hid his flying monkeys well. 

I describe more of the intricacies of the September 22-27, 2023 WIFIGATE scandal, as coined by my AFD and his co-workers and how he used that to set up the perfect narrative for what he would call "her first mental breakdown". Factually, my ONE & ONLY mental breakdown occurred almost 1 year prior, in November 2022 and you can read about that in my first blog post.

I elaborate more about how the brick wall I kept running into when I kept trying to get my hometown Police Department to acknowledge my Dad and his service to the community 40 years earlier and how my Anchor Face of Death manipulated that to turn me into the "mentally unstable" wife he would hospitalize on an Involuntary Psychiatric Hold/5150 - 3 months later in February 2024.

I begin to share more about the Molotov cocktail cluster of events that truly ignited WIFIGATE into the dumpster fire my life would soon become - all expertly orchestrated by ANCHOR FACE OF DEATH and his Cyber Stalker Death POSSE

That MASSIVE EVENT in October IS the beginning of the CRAZY TRAIN BANANAS STORY that landed me in the hospital on a 5150 Involuntary Psychiatric Hold - Initiated by my Spouse/AFD - coordinated by my ExBFF/ Tobias Funke of TherapistsI point out a portion of my medical records where my spouse LIED to the Hospital ER Staff about my medical history, while conveniently providing the 3 exact types of Diagnoses that will inititate an IMMEDIATE placement into an Involuntary Psychatric hold.My spouse decided that he was the best person to provide my medical history to the ER staff while he completely excluded my acting Psychiatrist while also claiming that my Therapist told him to initiate the hold. Also a OUTRIGHT LIE. 

I begin to tell about the WIFIGATE incident that ignited the Molotov Cocktail event in October. WIFIGATE is the funny little nickname my spouse and his co-workers coined for the sequence of events that lasted over a week but my spouse managed to BLAME ENTIRELY ON ME AND MENTAL ILLNESS. In this episode I expand more on the intricacies of Involuntary Psychiatric Holds across the US. I speak to the criteria for why a person can be held, who can initiate the hold and what the legal process is. 

I give more detail on how my life has changed since that fateful day on February 13th, 2024 when my spouse took me to a mental hospital when I asked him to take me to an emergency room, due to extreme physical symptoms that I was suffering. Because of my spouse's severe DISHONESTY & OUTRIGHT LIES - that he made to the medical staff in the ER.  I was subsequently held on an involuntary psychiatric hold  - WITHOUT any Law Enforcement involvment and  - WITHOUT making any contact with my Acting Psychiatrist of over 4 years.  - WITHOUT being informed of the fact that I HAD LEGAL RIGHTS TO PROTEST THE HOLD - by ANYONE IN THE HOSPITAL OR THE INTERIM HOLDING FACILITY

I tell a little more about how my life was DRAMATICALLY impacted by this event when my spouse of almost 10 years decided to ABANDON ME and the marriage one month later while I was taking a shower one morning. He literally LEFT THE apartment and the state (so he claims) and told me he did not plan to return to me or our life and planned on filing for divorce. He made good on his promise - the divorce part anyway - and filed for divorce in April.

Since April my spouse has stopped at NOTHING to continue to make my life as miserable as possible and has blamed me for the entire situation including the demise of our marriage claiming that I "won't admit to anything that" I have done in the situation & claiming that he has done "everything to help" me and I obviously don't want it - spoken like the true NARCISSISTIC POS that he is

My spouse is essentially blaming me for having a mental illness and further blaming me for not admitting MYSELF INTO A MENTAL INSTITUTION because they cannot hold me......ya know since MENTAL HOSPITALS don't HOLD THOSE THAT ARE SANE & AGAINST THIER WILL

I explain a little more about my Dad, the Police Officer and his legacy that my hometown is perfectly fine to keep ignoring, despite the very BLUE LIVES MATTER heavy density of its residents - I guess apparently "mattering" doesn't apply to the "mental health" affected sector of the "Blue Lives" here - not within the current Police Department or City Council anyway

My spouse took advantage of my preoccupation and focus on my Dad and decided, "hey, now is the perfect time to make her look crazy and try to kill her." FUN TIMES YA'LL
