Season 1 Episode 13

In this episode I go over the timeline details of the 2nd week of January 2024 

I speak to the fact that I was waking up to the idea that something was terribly WRONG in my marriage and with my Ex - my gut instinct was screaming out to me but my rational brain was desperately trying to talk me out of it but I was feeling a power shift in my relationship and it wasn’t a positive one.

I talk about how the signs of my EX’s financial abuse were clearly there, but were completely lost on me at the time and it wasn’t until I had to look back over the credit card statements for the divorce, I can clearly see that my EX began the financial abuse over a year before the 5150 event of February 2024. I also point to a Public Court Record that not only proves the financial abuse, but also supports the consistency my EX has with LYING and perjuring himself in the documents he keeps filing with the court

I give several historical examples of specific instances that were RED FLAGS about my Ex’s potential Narcissist Personality Disorder and why I maintain that opinion to this day.
My EX displayed several patterns throughout the years that are indicative of NPD & they are an eerie reminder that I missed so many RED FLAGS over the years that my Narcissistic Abusive Ex Husband arrogantly waved in my face -
Over the years my Narcissistic Abusive Ex Husband displayed one of the patterns in the early stages of our ‘friends with benefits’ type of relationship, long before we became an official couple and he covertly operated under a mask for 9 years before he revealed it again
I describe how rejection is a part of the Narcissistic abuse cycle and how my EX covertly and overtly utilized this tactic as well as gift giving can which is a form of control that can also be used by an individual displaying Narcissistic Personality Disorder

Season 1 Episode 12

In the episode I give a little recap of the factual evidence that’s been presented so far in my medical records and text messages  - 

I’ll be presenting new evidence that’s been provided by my close friends and that also appears in public documents and 

now that we’re finally in the January 2024 portion of the timeline 

things begin to ESCALATE quickly 

So will the amount of NEW information I incorporate into the story -

 It’ll begin to seem like a never ending downpour -

and all of the pieces of this very complicated puzzle will start to fit together perfectly - 

And I also want  to further corroborate my opinions about not only the narcissism my ex displays but also the potential for Factitious Disorder Imposed on Another

Season 1 Episode 11

This is part 2 of last week’s episode 
In this episode 
I revisit last week’s events where my EX and I had to be in the same room and he was asked to provide truthful answers to some very important questions about February 2024 when he admitted me into an Involuntary Psychiatric hold/5150 all by himself 12 hours after I was seen at a local Urgent Care
During my visit to the local Urgent Care the observations noted by the medical doctor made zero mention of any of the things my EX told the Emergency Room the following morning 
I speak about the fact that my EX ACTIVELY IGNORED the notes on my paperwork from the Urgent Care
The notes from the Urgent Care advised my EX to take me DIRECTLY to an Emergency Room if my physical condition worsened 
The question that made my EX clam up and immediately respond with “no comment” was the question he was asked about the Involuntary Psychiatric Hold/5150 episode of February 2024. 
Instead my EX explained his unfavorable wording that was used in the question and then decided to LIE some more in response to the question, which is 100% true to his character 
I discuss my medical records from both the Urgent Care and the Emergency Room that prove that my EX did some very sinister things on February 13, 2024.
The medical records that PROVE MY EX’S statements are LIEs and ARE FACTUALLY INCORRECT ACCORDING TO ALL OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM BOTH VISITS
I blaze through the rest of December 2023’s  timeline since it was very much the calm before the actual ISH Storm of 2024 - that is now my raging dumpster fire of a life
I weave in more historical examples of my EX’s gaslighting and manipulative behavior, the type of behavior that had leads me to believe that I was married to a narcissistic abuser and not an stand up, honest, human. A mask that my EX would create and wear for our entire 9 year marriage
I illustrate my EX’s covert duplicitous behavior with more examples and speak to why I did not feel like I could trust him and that I had been - unknowingly - Grey Rocking my behavior toward him for years 
I point out that my EX was playing neighborhood watch at our new apartment complex and bringing my attention to a person who frequently sat in the hot tub with a laptop and why our new downstairs neighbor gave him PTSD vibes
There’s a weird maintenance issue that my EX handles that seem eerily familiar to the WIFIGATE Scandal back at the old apartment 
I get a text from my EX BFF when she suddenly has compassion and acknowledges my 2nd mysterious illness - since it didn’t happen in her home and my EX was sick with the same illness - unlike the one I experienced in October that my EX and Ex Bff still claim was due to my mental diagnosis that my EX BFF - a licensed therapist and NOT an actual medical doctor - decided for me
I decide to try and go back to work after my EX tells me that we aren’t financially stable anymore because of all of the time he had to take off during the year to help me
I round out the episode by commenting more on some of the technological conspiracy theories that my EX sold to me over the years these ones are about hummingbirds and feeders and drones - OH MY!
I speak about the images I posted on last weeks episode webpage where I posted some text messages from my EX where he sent me screenshots of our conversation - while we were texting back and forth - for some weird reason

Supporter’s Club Preview Ep #5
This episode is pretty straightforward - I give a little history of me
I begin with my parents - I give a brief summary of when they met, how they met, and when they got married
I describe their life before I came along
Once I come into the story, the focus is on my and my life and the trajectory of events that lead me to reach out to local Police Department and City Council in my hometown - in an attempt to get some acknowledgment for my dad and his service to the Police Department 40 years ago

Season 1 Episode 10

In this episode I give a brief recap of the events in the story so far beginning with September 2023 through November 2023

I briefly detail the points in a letter I wrote to the property management at our “old apartment” and delivered after we had completely moved into the new apartment. A full redacted version of the letter can be found here and on the episode’s webpage

I weave in more historical examples of my EX’s gaslighting and manipulative behavior, the type of behavior that had leads me to believe that I was married to a narcissistic abuser and not an stand up, honest, human. A mask that my EX would create and wear for our entire 9 year marriage

I point out that in the new apartment with a new ISP provider, it took less than a week for our new wifi and modem to show all the signs of being hacked - and it all happened when I was out of the state visiting my real best friend

I illustrate my EX’s covert duplicitous behavior with a few examples and speak to our minimal but weird interactions while I was out of town and he was carrying on with life like he was single and didn’t have a wife - but he was also able to bro down with our new neighbors and even learned some new words Turkish words from the new neighbors

I reference the images I posted on last weeks episode webpage where I posted some text messages from my EX in which he believed his phone was being hacked - but he was actually planting the seeds to release his version of me to the world as the paranoid schizophrenic wife who needs to be checked into a mental hospital

I point out that my EX claims that he’s been locked out of his Facebook account for years - when his linked meta account, his Instagram is alive and well and has a cute little propaganda mini documentary about him and his not so honorable service in the US Air Force

I detail out AGAIN how I came down with another mystery illness only 2 months after the severe illness I suffered back in October 2023 - but how this illness was not only transmissible but was now being acknowledged by my EX and my EX BFF and wasn’t being attributed to any type of mental illness or disorder - unlike the one I experienced in October that my EX and Ex Bff still claim was due to my mental diagnosis that my EX BFF - a licensed therapist and NOT an actual medical doctor - decided for me

I round out the episode by commenting more on some of the technological conspiracy theories that my EX sold to me over the years and how he always seems to half ass them - the facts are much different than his version of alternative facts.

Supporter’s Club Preview Ep #4


In this episode I talk about my frustration with the lack of results I received after my years of solid effort to get acknowledgment for MY DAD and his service to the Local Police Department

In a city with a hardline MAGA stance and stronghold within its City Council 
My numerous requests that I’d made that had been dismissed over and over by local Law Enforcement and were completely ignored by the City Council

A City Council, that has held events about suicide awareness at the local pier and spoken openly about suicide 

A City Council whose members have made cute little videos that they’ve posted on the city’s social media pages grandstanding about the importance of normalizing suicide awareness and making it a topic of conversation 

In a city that has made and continues to make headlines for arresting a former NFL punter who recently spoke out at a City Council meeting - 

The same Police Department my Dad worked for and served his community as a member of - That same Police Department arrested the former NFL punter for speaking out against current Council’s hard line, zealot like worship of MAGA and all it stands for 

In a city that includes Christianity as one of it’s most honorable and and highest values - where GOD and RELIGION is very much their platform
It appears to be quite the dichotomy when I looks at the city’s current council full of PROUD MAGATS - yet they have completely IGNORED ALL of MY REQUESTS to acknowledge my dad and his service to the community 40 years ago

The Christian, God Loving City Council Members, who WILL NOT BE BOTHERED to say my Dad’s name. My Dad, the former City Police Officer whom most people describe as a good Christian and a GREAT Officer who engaged in Missionary work to those that have lost their way, on and off the clock 

I read all of the emails I received from the city’s Police Department’s retirees who reached out to me to share their positive, glowing stories about my dad with me and to offer me support as I continued to try and get some acknowledgment for him from the City and its Police Department

I tell a little bit more of mine and my families’ backstory

I share about the additional interactions I had with a few of the retirees that emailed me about my dad. Some of which I had phone conversations with and one that I met in person.
The former colleague of my Dad’s i met with in person, who I now call a friend, sent to me as a guardian by my father - if you believe in that sort of thing

I talk more about the conspiracy theories my family and my dad’s former colleagues have discussed over the years in relation to my dad’s untimely passing and give more details about his former partner with whom my dad engaged in street missionary efforts both on and off the clock

There are a few kismet moments and more gut wrench timing by the biggest loser of all, my ex husband. My ex husband who continues to disgrace the legacies of both my Father, a Police Officer; my Grandfather, a WWII combat veteran, and my entire family as he continues to live his life as though he’s some type of hometown hero, in my hometown, who gloats and boasts about the complete devastation he has brought to my life - while he continues to live in my hometown, a visitor and poser at best

Season 1 Episode 9

In this episode I give a shout out and make a dedication to my #1 FAN an unexpected FAN - but a FAN nonetheless 

During my dedication speech I try and give my #1 FAN a very important financial lesson about the difference between a Line of Credit and a Deposit Account.

My #1 Fan has been actively assisting my EX with his gathering and preparation of the financial documents he’s been providing to the court during our divorce.

The very important detail - the difference between a Line of Credit and a Deposit Account - is not something that either my EX or my #1 Fan seem to know and it might just work in my favor - sometimes we learn lessons a little too late

Another thing I mention to my #1 Fan is the legal issues that My EX might run into IF it is revealed that my EX is allowing an individual to access and review OUR joint bank and financial accounts, and that individual is not a Forensic Accountant. If that turns out to be true, it could put my EX in a very precarious legal situation 

I review the text messages I’ve posted on the webpage for Season 1 Episode 8 - one from my #1 Fan and the others are from my EX.

My Ex’s text messages on the webpage for Season 1 Episode 8 are examples of Gaslighting behavior and how a Narcissists pace of exhibiting their behavior can appear at more of a slow drip, it’s not always an obvious deluge 

I round out the November 2023 timeline which includes:

The final walkthrough and exit from the old apartment, 

My first zoom therapy session in the new apartment that’s interrupted by a weird version of my EX 

My Ex and I spent Thanksgiving with the McPnutz family, their “family friends” and a new smart fridge powered by ALEXA and sourdough bread

My Birthday, sufficiently ruined by my EX - which was the norm

My Ex sets up our internet in our new Smart Bot Apartment.

My EX and I search high and low for the Bot Apartment’s Smart Home Hub and it makes itself known during my EX’s very timely story about his friend who he describes as having the exact same WiFi woes that we experienced in our last apartment. Apparently once November 2023 hit my Ex believed hacking IS a thing……

The last day of November I get on a plane and fly to the south to stay with my REAL BEST FRIEND (who’s NOT a therapist and didn’t harbor my criminal Ex Husband in her home), so we could record our Podcast that was never released because my Ex and my Ex BFF(the therapist) had other plans for me that week in February of 2024

Supporters club preview #3


In this episode I read the other journal entry I made on June 23, 2023 - on the very bad no good day that I had a difficult time grappling with the lack of headway I was making in getting anything on my list of things I was trying to get accomplished with my dad’s memory and legacy
I read the journal entry entitled November 21, 2024 navigating family drama - lessons from my childhood - hidden journal entry June 23, 2023
Im this Blog entry I discuss my process and how I was able to find forgiveness and grace for my stepmother
I address the extra burial plot my dad is buried with and how legally - that has made it increasingly difficult - for me or anyone else to get control of my dad’s plot, headstone, and remains. I talk about the lore and conspiracy theories my dad’s side of the family often discussed around me as child and how confusion and anger reigned supreme around the decision to bury him with an empty plot

I give my dad some of the heat and hold him to task - he was not imperfect and he made some huge life changing decisions that had severe repercussions - not only for his life but for mine, my mother’s, my stepmother’s and all of our families

I talk about the limited amount of concrete memories I have of my dad but speak to the tangible feelings and memories I have of our relationship and connection

I explain the traumatic memory that is associated with the picture of me and my dad kissing - the main image of this episode - a memory that has only resurfaced over the last few years

I finish the episode addressing my current situation and the state of my life - the mess and wreckage created for me by my abusive ex husband and how my family continues to judge me for not just sucking it up and going back to work and how given the current state of affairs we should all give each other a little more grace and understanding

Season 1 Episode 8
In this episode I speak to the fact that its my 1 year anniversary of the involuntary 5150 hold my EX successfully placed me in using only his LIES and FALSIFICATION of MY medical records, he didn’t even need law enforcement or my psychiatrist - he knew the game and played it perfectly


I talk about gaslighting and how my EX slowly ramped up the fire, making it hard to see as it’s happening by the time I realized what was going on, it was too late. I refer back to the text messages I posted on the previous episodes webpage as examples of my EX’s manipulative and abusive behavior.

I wonder what kind of Terminator I’m supposed to be since my EX told everyone that I was acting like one in the days leading up to the spousal abandonment and gave that “behavior” I was exhibiting as the reason for his sudden and unannounced departure……What does that say about my MOM and anyone else out that actually believes my EX’s story???? We might be in the middle of a mental health crisis that’s for sure

I recall the VERY LAST AND FINAL Wedding Anniversary I’ll ever have the DISPLEASURE of “celebrating” with my EX.

I learn that the neighboring BOT ran Complex is where a very famous murder happened. My EX and I move into our new apartment at our BOT ran complex.

I find a very alarming piece of incriminating evidence - AGAINST my EX and his Killer Clown Murder Posse - under the sink in the “old apartment” while I’m packing. I throw in a text message from Ten Head Horse Chick.

While we’re moving into the BOT ran complex I see some familiar faces.

My EX turns up the flames while he continues to Gaslight me all the way out of the old apartment by manipulating his communication with the property manager. Fully Functioning Drunk Chick seems to think the familiar faces I saw while moving in to the BOT ran complex is an OH Sh!t moment - or she just wanted my EX to see it that way


My EX plays hero while he helps the movers he hired with the entire move - they didn’t even ask for his help, he insisted and he paid them full price, what a great guy!

I recall November 15, 2023 and how it would be the last day I even felt safe, stable, or secure - because the feelings were all fake anyway.

I provide full transparency about why I’m doing the podcast and why I created the website - spoiler alert - it’s because my mental health has suffered so much over the last year and half due to the tremendous amount of abuse I’ve endured from my EX husband that he continues to unleash on my life. I have applied to use the safety net I’ve paid into my entire 30 year career that doesn’t seem to exist or at the very least, I may not get to use it.

Midlife Misery: The Journals - Supporters Club Preview Episode 2

In this episode I talk about my relationship with my Mom and how my years of work in therapy helped me to forgive my Mom and to see how her pain shaped some of the mistakes and her treatment of me

I also speak to the forgiveness I worked to have for my Stepmom - while at the same time - I was also feeling very judged by my friends and family for sharing about a specific traumatic event involving my stepmom and the records I was requesting from the local police department about it - if they were still in existence. 

I share how frustrating it was for me to continue to be told "that's how things were at the time" and how most people I shared with simply expected me to "get over it" 

I share more of my communications to and from the Lieutenant of the Local Police Department that my Dad worked for in the late 70’s & early 80’s while I continued to try and seek some acknowledgment of my Dad’s service from the Police Department and the City Council

I talk about how I felt I kept getting the red tape treatment and how I consulted a friend of mine to give me some advice about how to reframe my approach and consider other options of getting acknowledgment for my father and his service to the Local Police Department 

I tease and set up how the week of February 5th, 2024 was this exact same time - LAST Year - that my Ex BFF and my Ex Husband teamed up to wage their full out assault on my reality 
My Ex BFF and my spouse would do that by lying to my therapist and utilized my EX Bff's manipulation of communication with my therapist and my EX BFF would place a call to the Local Police Department to my home to respond to the call my EX BFF made based on FALSE INFORMATION - A BLATANT LIE MY SPOUSE TOLD my EX BFF about a conversation we had, which precludes the involuntary psychiatric hold my EX and EX BFF worked together to place me into based on more lies my EX Husband would make to the medical staff in the Emergency Room on February 13, 2024
