In this episode I chat with the beautiful Lindsey all about breast cancer

A little bit about Lindsey

Hey there 

I’m Lindsey and I’m based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.   As a breast cancer survivor and a BreastScreen Victoria ambassador, I used my lived experiences, and that of other EXTRAORDINARY women to chat with the public sharing our personal stories in order to teach about all things breast health.  

Via a private Facebook group called BREAST PRACTICE, I focus on education and empowerment by hosting weekly LIVE 30-minute engaging conversations with other survivors.   If you are a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend or just an all-round awesome female and you are comfortable sharing your experiences, please consider joining. 

Over the last 23 weeks, many women have joined who have NOT had a breast cancer diagnosis, which is my ideal audience (16years+). Education and early detection are key.   The stories we share aim to ‘tool up’ women (and some men) so they are more aware of signs and symptoms, know how to do a CORRECT breast self-examination and have a more open dialogue with family and friends about breasts and pecs.

Todays little ramble is all about the Midlife Pause and what it means 

If you have been following me on social media you will know that I talk about this a lot. It's the time when as women we need to just take a PAUSE in life, And ask ourselves what we really want in life. 

Just like nature we need to hibernate and listen to what our soul is calling for.

The MIdlife Magic

In this week's episode is the interview I did recently with the amazing Sharon Joy

We will be talking all things but mostly what was the tipping point for her in her life to change where things were.

Just a little bit about this amazing lady

Sharon Joy is a Business Coach and Website Designer, coaching and creating websites for coaches, consultants, healers & spiritual women.

She has a background in digital marketing, previously working as the Australian Marketing Manager for a global lifestyle brand. Prior to that Sharon was a Primary School Deputy Principal before travelling Australia with her family. It was during this complete life flip that Sharon also became a personal development junkie consuming books, podcasts and content on how to be the next level version of herself.

She found her love in coaching and creating and launched her business during a COVID pivot. Teaching, leading and creating is Sharon’s soul purpose and she found her joy again by returning to her dream of having her own coaching & website business and pursuing it.

Sharon is about to launch her own Digital Agency called Studio of Soul, illuminating the genius of coaches, consultants, healers and spiritual women.

She is a partner of the popular website platform Wix, reaching Icon Level. She is a Certified Soul Modes® Mentor and she admits to being Reels obsessed.
