The 20th episode of Midnight Wisdom and I get the chance to talk to Alya Al-Hamad, one of my favorite people on this planet.
Alya is an adventurer, Yoga Instructor, a Holistic Health Coach and soo much more.
She's passionate about so much and she has even more to give, and we talk about all of that.
We mainly cover her experience collaborating with Green School, a progressive school that raises "Earth Warriors" :D Something we should all strive to be.
Enjoy Alya's majestic and beautiful voice and let's look forward to more Midnight Talks ;)
I sent my old math teacher an email for Christmas.
He replied with a set of letters that initially seemed random.
This is me hopelessly trying to make sense of it all.

Hey lovely peeps.
I went through too many different things to try to create a proper description so I'm not going to bother for now.
Just relax.. and listen to my beautiful voice.
It's been a crazy week.
You can think 40 years in the future and make it seem like it makes sense but there’s so much that can change during that time. There’s so much that can change within the next 6 months that you can’t be sure how anything turns out.
My thoughts will change, what I like will change, I’ll change.. and there’s so many different opportunities for randomness to come in and change things at every single step of the way.
My favorite episode so far, I really let loose.
The world is intelligent, and this is us.. this is our story, and it is our narrative. Let's define it.
I link it all together with randomness and energy coming together to bring everything into being. It's a pretty random place, isn't it?
I also reflect on some personal patterns I'm not fond of. And how it's affecting my progress with personal goals of mine, one of which is writing the book I'm currently working on.
So sit down, tune in, and enjoy the ride.
It's 9 am and I found myself recording this. I'm writing a paper about sustainability for university and I chose this topic specifically because I think it's all about sustainability; How long you can maintain a course of action within a changing environment.
So I take a closer look at how we should go about changing ourselves, and how to put everything in perspective, through a lens of systematic measurable and time bound change, in a sustainable way. To keep going even if our motivation dwindles down, which it will.
But we keep going anyways, because we know why we started and we know where we're going.
It's almost New Years. I take the time to reflect on where I am before thinking about where I'm headed.
Celebrating the end of the year and the start of the new one is fun to say the least, but change happens through a systematic approach. I reflect on that thought
Oh and this time.. I'm on a Football Field.
We're constantly throwing Sanity Signals back and forth to keep ourselves and everyone around us in check, following in accordance the societal rules we're surrounded by.
I'm sharing something that happened last Monday that I thought was odd, and it really reminded me how people can sometimes be. They can be manipulative, sometimes scary, other times vulnerable. People can act in one way and explain it in another, but it all usually stems from a deep feeling of insecurity.
From trying to validate your being, your feelings and your relationship with this world by twisting the fabric of reality to suit your image. That won't last.
Let's explore insecurities; something we all share.
