Fi: Kun auringonvalo tanssi meren pinnalla ja juhannuskoko paloi kirkkaana Turun saaristossa, Aino asteli kevyesti kohti rantaa.
En: When the sunlight danced on the surface of the sea and the midsummer bonfire burned brightly in the Turun archipelago, Aino walked lightly towards the shore.
Fi: Hän oli tullut tänne etsimään rauhaa.
En: She had come here seeking peace.
Fi: Hän kaipasi aikaa miettiä itsekseen, mutta maailma tuntui yltäkylläiseltä ilon kajossa.
