Victoria Rixon is being discriminated against and scapegoated by the Midwifery department she used to work for before she became a whistle blower.Her reputation is being defamed as a baby killer something she most definitely is not, and targeted as a complex character all because she dared to share her beliefs on the lack of safety for staff and patients within her department. Victoria Rixon has been very vocal about the shit show that is the NHS and in particular how maternity wards are mismanaged and run on a shoe string jeopardising the lives of mums and new borns. In her 10 year stint she couldn't believe the strain put on midwives to perform for hours on end with no breaks. There was little camaraderie as there was no time to or opportunity to get to know anyone in any depth. And Victoria witnessed an evil energy within midwives to put themselves first and be happy to throw others under the bus. When Victoria finally had enough she told her seniors that she planned to tell all, deregistered from the NHS and through that has been threatened and taken to court which she is still defending now.
