Today's guest is Bri Ellison, and she's the author of the book The Love Addict. Love addiction and heartbreak profoundly changed Bri's life when the future she envisioned for herself got destroyed when the love of her life blindsided her and abruptly left. Bri's idea of love continued to get derailed after many failed relationships. The thought of finding love consumed every moment, which eventually caused a pattern of addiction. Bri felt compelled to share her truth by writing about love addiction and how to overcome it.
