While we were sinners God shed His blood for us. If your sin debt has been washed then there is remission of sins. The blood of Christ never loses it's power. Even as Christ is in Heaven at the right hand of God.

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. We have a new life in Jesus. I'm only living for Him daily. Believers crucify the flesh if we walk in the Spirit. Our new life is with Christ and the empty tomb. If we live with Him we are no longer slaves to sin.

Many want to define God in their own terms. They want a fixer. There are Christians who only pray when things get bad. Our desires should take a backseat to God's will. Jesus calls His disciples with two simple words and that is follow me. We are commanded to do the same.

We all live eternally and are deciding our destination. The word of God discovers our condition. We then realize we are sick with sin. There is a feeling of hopelessness. The purpose of the Law is to show us our sin. Run to the Lord, before you are consumed. Turn to peace and embrace the Holiness of God.

We are strangers and pilgrims on this earth. Heaven is our ultimate destination. It is a homeland. Heaven is a country all to itself. We need to reorder our lives and worship God with a respectful heart. As Christians we are at peace with Christ. We have safety, rest and contentment with God. And to that we give Him all honor and glory.

We must walk by faith not by sight. Our tutor is the law God gave in the Ten Commandments. It brings us to Christ and gives us a joy that can only come from God. Then we have victory in this life and beyond.

To be apostate is to sin willfully after the knowledge of the truth of God. Do I value God- Is my relationship with God important- God has an interaction with us and we must examine ourself or risk the chastisement of God.

Without pursuing peace and holiness we will not see God. A gospel of Christ is a gospel of action and transformation. The believer has assurance of salvation even when he falls. Yet we must look to Jesus as our example. Jude1-1-2 Mercy, peace and love abound in those truly transformed.

We are in danger of apostasy when we know the righteousness of God and turn our backs on His holiness. When we sin willfully after the knowledge of truth and trample His son after Christ sacrificed His life for us we are making ourself an enemy of God. We must examine ourself so we don't risk the chastisement of God.

We must pursue peace with all people. In Matthew 22-34-40 God tells us to love our neighbor as ourself. Isaiah 9-6 tells us Christ is peace. Romans 12- 17-21 says to repay no one evil for evil. If it is possible be at peace with all men. Godly peace and holiness cannot be separated.
