Everybody wants to put out a masterclass that runs on autopilot that people sign up for. Ultimately, they want them to buy their offer. It’s a successful strategy but far too often, people don’t execute it in an automated way.
Â
In today’s episode, I’m discussing the one concept that drives automated sales. This one concept I share in this episode will angle you like an arrow that is directly aligned with your target. It could even save you thousands of dollars that you might spend on a funnel that just doesn’t work. If you want some insight on hitting your primary, secondary, and tertiary under-served markets without ever missing the mark, this episode is a must. Tune in and definitely take notes. This might just be my best episode yet.
Â
“What are my primary, my secondary, my tertiary competitors all teaching? That is what I need to know. And how can I angle my arrow to hit that under-served market to where every single time I launch, I don't miss.” - Kirsten Roldan

I know how badly people want an automated funnel. They want to get off Instagram and automate their funnels simply by selling on email. In today’s episode (and the second installment of the Finesse Your Funnel series), we dive into my number one email launch tip,
Â
This is the one thing you need to know about your email list. Admittedly, it’s also a mistake I’ve made in the past and one that I won’t forget. Don’t let the thought of email marketing scare you out of an automated funnel. This episode will reframe your mindset around email marketing, so you can get out of the “I don’t want to annoy my list” phase.
Â
“I want you to know that staying consistent with email marketing and sticking with it, even if you're not currently converting from it, is really important.” - Kirsten Roldan

Believe it or not, I’ve thought about discontinuing my flagship program, Finesse Your Funnel, many times. For starters, I had concerns about just being known as a funnel expert, especially when I was so much more than that.
Â
In this episode, I share my process on how I coached myself through my flagship offer so that I am crystal clear, confident, and super excited about relaunching it. I talk you through some of the amazing successes this program has brought to my students, giving you inspiration for you to finesses your funnel and become a better CEO. If you want to see how all of this works in action, stay tuned for the next few episodes as we embark on the Finesse Your Funnel series.

“You have to love and appreciate what you've done before you move on to the next thing, open the new door, or flip the page.” - Kirsten Roldan

I recently asked my Instagram audience 3 important questions: Do you believe your business is going through a rebirth? Do you feel like there's a gap in your support between the know and the do? Are you prolonging a pivot or delaying a project you were once excited about? The overwhelming response was a resounding “yes”.
Â
In today’s episode, I’m diving deeper into the process of pivoting your business as I tackle all the nuances that come along with it. I address the common fears that surround pivoting and what to do when the roadblocks and fears start to creep in. I also discuss why you need to check in on your reasons for pivoting, if you should announce and explain your pivot, and how to keep selling as you’re deep in the process of pivoting.Â
Â
“Pivot announcements pale in comparison to just diving into solving your prospect’s problems.” - Kirsten Roldan

Do you feel like your current business model is suffocating? If so, this episode is for you. Sometimes entrepreneurs go into a business model unintentionally and it isn’t what we’re looking for. Today’s episode will get you back on track as I discuss how you can fix a broken business model.
Â
I share the important questions you need to ask yourself, such as what is the service or product? What do the marketing operations and sales look like for the sale of your offer? What are the unique focal points? And how do they differ across different offers? If you're realizing that maybe your business model isn't feeling aligned and you really want to pivot profitably, the questions and examples I pose in this episode will help you get one step closer to clarity.Â
Â
“Really define what you actually want, what business model actually fits in with your personality, with your goals, with your abilities, and with the way you know that you can support and deliver results for your clients because that's the ultimate goal.” - Kirsten Roldan

In this very special episode, Julie Ciardi--host of the Ignite Hustle podcast--joins me for an open discussion about the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Julie is a former Fortune 500 marketing VP turned multi-passionate entrepreneur.
Â
Today, we’re taking a walk through memory lane, starting with how Julie and I became entrepreneurs. We get candid about our fears surrounding money, making fear-based decisions, and why fear really never goes away. We share advice about starting your entrepreneurial journey by monetizing a single skill, the difference between service-based businesses and e-commerce, why your mindset constantly has to shift and grow in entrepreneurship, why you need to talk to your ideal audience, and so much more.
Â
“I'm going to tell you what I think the worst thing is that can happen. The worst thing that can happen is you actually don't try the things that you really have always wanted to try. And you become 90 years old. And you look back with regrets.” - Julie Ciardi

Â
Tune in to hear Charlene’s inspirational story and her important mission to put more opportunities and money into the hands of Black womxn.

Â
The resource gap for BIWOC entrepreneurs is an existential threat to sustainable innovation in our communities, which is only heightened by the fact that our generation is witnessing more Black and Brown businesses close their doors than ever before due to COVID-19.Â
Â
Throughout history, BIWOC have experienced many assaults to their self-determination as entrepreneurs; but still we rise.
Â
The We Own Our Legacy Impact Fund will pool essential financial resources, business coaching, and tech support for Black and Brown women founders.
Â
We are founders. We are small business owners. We are mothers. We are WOC. We are warriors.
Â
We are a network of resources, Black resilience, Indigenous innovation, community capital, Latinx strength; to build a future where WE are our greatest asset.
Â
Our 2021 goal is to provide $100k in resource mobilization opportunities to BIWOC entrepreneurs in the following areas: monetary grants, tech infrastructure support, business coaching scholarships, and an incubator/accelerator placement.
Â
We are asking you to help us with the launch of our fund!
Â
We hope that we can count on your support. Every bit helps as we create the building blocks of our legacy.
