"You can copy people and knock them off, but if you understand the basics of direct response and persuasion, you could do pretty well. So that was a big confidence booster. I don't need to copy people I can do it myself." – Greg Poulos
Decades before mainstream America was discussing "Asking First" or sexual harassment cases were on the cover of every major media publication, Domitrz was being brought in by leading educational institutions and the U.S. military to help them pursue a new standard of consent and respect. Being the author of 3 books and an award-winning DVD, Mike Domitrz is one of the leading influencers and thought-leaders on the topic of Respect.
You may have seen Mike on NBC Dateline as a featured subject matter expert or being quoted in international news publications such as Forbes and The Wall Street Journal.
In 2003, Mike founded what is now The Center for Respect which conducts keynotes and workshops for tens of thousands each year. Mike's extensive experience enables him to connect with audiences of all ages in honest, unique conversations that are always built on creating positive behavioral change for each individual and the organization as a whole. Imagine teaching 15-year-olds about "Asking First" and then later that same day talking with CEOs about creating mutually amazing relationships in the workplace. You know Mike will be able to connect with each person in your organization.
And now Mike is helping impact-driven leaders and entrepreneurs share their stories on stages as speakers - whether live virtual or live onsite. Instead of applying a uniform speaking formula, Mike draws out the uniqueness of each speaker's story while helping the speaker provide distinct clarity for their audience.
Hall of Fame Speaker, John Sileo, says, "Mike's coaching is the opposite of formulaic. He takes the very best aspects of who you are as a person and helps you accentuate them as a speaker. Above all else, he helped me to connect authentically with the audience - in person and virtually - through attention-holding interaction, disarming humor, and masterful storytelling. My investment in Mike's coaching returns multiples every year."

"People reaching out to me who saw me speak a while back and sharing how it's changed their life today. And that is why we do what we do without a doubt to have people come back and say, I saw you 10 years ago, and here's how my life has changed. That's what it's all about. There's nothing that fuels the soul more than that. That's the epitome of really being in service to others. And that's what speaking allows you to do, to be in service to your audience."

"What are you going to help people build in their lives? What are you going to help instill? What skill sets are you going to give them? That's when you impact the world."

"People spend $50 at IKEA for kids to make a teddy bear where they're the ones that have to pump it. It's because they got to invest in it, they got to bring it to life, they got to put the heart in it, they got to choose the noise, they got to dress it up. And because you invested in this thing, it made it infinitely more valuable." - Brandon Fong
