In fact it’s such a pertinent excuse, it almost doesn’t seem like an excuse. And that excuse is “That’s just who I am”. How often do you say to yourself - I wish I could wake up early like all these famous billionaires, but "I'm just not a morning person" or I wish I could go for a run every morning to have a healthier lifestyle, but "I'm just not a runner". All these little excuses our mind tricks us into believing stops us from achieving our full potential.
