Don't get too attached to one single perspective - always leave room to explore others, if the need arises.
When we hyperfixate on the negative, it can be easy to spiral. Instead, learn to become aware when this process is happening, so you can take a step back and gently return to a more balanced perspective.

Observing and understanding the highs and lows you experience at work is key to mapping out your inner growth journey.
Reality is bigger than work. When we remember this, the struggles we face at work become less overwhelming and all-consuming.
We don't need to go to a remote place or special retreat to access mindfulness. It is especially when we are in a place of pain, that mindfulness becomes even more accessible to us and self-compassion, more possible than ever.
