Connect with life and maintain those powerful loving relationships with others through reality not a digital device.  Social Media does not define you .  Calculate how much time you spend on social media and compare it to how many hours you spend on your dreams and goals . Breaking free from the Social Media habit is liberating. The habit can make us use social media subconsciously to fill any voids or  for validation  but  we must remember it does not define us.  Time is a sacred gift, what are you spending it on ?
