  • The Fear of Doing

In this episode, I talk about the anxiety that can stop us from creating or pursuing our goals/dreams. we'll discuss the role perfection and fear of failure can play.  also share some tips on things that have helped me create!

I don't think I touched on this point very well but I think a lot of times when we have fear of doing/creating/putting our work out there it can come from a place of not feeling good enough. Like others may not enjoy your work or appreciate it the way you do or you will put all this energy into something only to have it dismissed or fade into the nothingness. I just wanted to add that here! I almost recorded a new segment and edited it in but in the spirit of leaving perfectionism behind I decided to add that thought here in the description. Enjoy!!

  • Rabbit Trails Pt. 1

In this episode, I chat with my work connection turned friend, Noelle Fuller. Noelle runs a herb research operation for the University of Georgia and has a track record of setting ambitious goals and then accomplishing them. I sought her out for the podcast so we could discuss her method for how she attains her goals (an art that can be ever allusive).  Buuutt, her, and I got on a lot of rabbit trails so this unfolded into a two-part episode.

In this episode, we discuss our opinions on social media, beauty standards, the impact movies can have on how we view relationships, and more!

The full movie is no longer free so here is the link to the trailer...you're welcome:
