Rylee Jade is 22 years old and is from Indiana. A couple of months ago Rylee came across a program called 75 Hard. A program created by Andy Frisella that is meant to build physical and mental toughness. After hearing about 75 Hard she immediately committed to doing it. Everyday for 75 straight days she had to do: 2 x 45 minute workouts (one has to be outside), read 10 pages of a self development book, drink 1 gallon of water, follow a diet, refrain from any alcohol or cheat meals and take a progress picture. This program was extremely hard and challenged her everyday. During the program she noticed that she was becoming a different person. After she completed the program she got started on creating her own fitness program called F.I.T.4YOU. Her fitness program is now live.
