For all those living life, here is a 2 mins and 9 sec pep talk to go get it.  Sometimes it takes a couple of steps back to move forward.  Go get it. 

Start with a reason.  Why do you want to do what you are doing.  Once you have this you will be able to find the hows. 

Life is about choices and focus.  Are you making the right choices and are you focusing your energy? 

There are many things which are not for you and just because you hear a hype doesn't mean its for you or you should pay it any attention.  I am not here for the short term, I am here for the long term and my goals are long term.  I am here to create a legacy not be a one hit wonder.  Make sure the attention you are giving day to day are in line with the long term goals.  If not, reprioritize.

It is time for you to do one act of kindness a day- take 30 sec or a min to drop a nice comment, post or do something for someone else.  If everyone on this floating rock took one minute a day to do something awesome for someone else we would have 7 billion acts of kindness a day!!! Remember the quote by Stephen Hawking "I believe things cannot make themselves impossible."  It takes a human to make something impossible or possible.  Be that human and go do great things.  We are limited by our own limits and most of them are self imposed.  Remove the limits that you are placing on yourself and the world is your playground.  Go get it.

Time goes flying by and each sec we have choice to drive towards success or away from it.  Simple tasks are the key to driving towards the success train.  Do I watch 10 more mins of Netflix or start on my project.  Do I take another trip to the refrigerator or do I take a walk to ease my cravings.  

Take the 2 mins and 9 sec to reflect on today and go get it. 

This week is about greatness.  It might look weird to some.  Practicing extra reps after the game, taking an extra class or studying a week before the exam.  It takes extra work to become great and keep driving towards that success.  Ppl who mind don't matter and ppl who matter don't mind.  Find a group that supports your extra work and encourages you.  Greatness is waiting.  Are your ready?
