I started this podcast to share the misadventures that I experienced with a narcissistic ex-husband who I dated for three years and was married to for 12. We have three children together and LOTS of misadventures.

My goal for this podcast is to share my story so that you (and I) don't feel so alone in this journey. Unless you've gone through it, it's extremely difficult to have anyone around you understand what you're going through. I want to tell you that I hear you, I see you and I fully understand you. I want you to feel less alone, I want you to make sense of what happened and I want you to heal so you can live your best life and thrive.
